New Info on new wishlist system?

Does anyone have new information on the wishlist system from their SA? I logged my officially wish about 3 weeks. I read in another thread someone said wishes are going to take about a year… I may just ask my SA more specific questions. Have anyone received a first QB in the last 3 months with the new wishlist system implemented? Please share experiences! Thank you

Hermès SA

Hi everyone,

I've already bought quite a few Hermès items over the years.
Some of them were purchased through a sales associate, but she's not very responsive, and quite often the items I'm looking for aren't available, so I usually end up buying online.

Now I'd really like to start building my purchase history in-store instead.

Recently, I went to my usual Hermès boutique in Paris to buy a Chaine d'Ancre bracelet.
Unfortunately, my size wasn't available, but the sales associate took note of everything I wanted and gave me her contact details.

I'd really like to continue working with her, but I noticed that her business card says "Jewelry & Watches."

Has anyone experienced this before?
Does it mean I can only purchase jewelry and watches through her, or can she also help me with items from other departments?

Thanks a lots!

Vert fonce?

What can people tell me about vert fonce as a colour? I really wanted a vert loden picotin but they are like hens teeth and I kept missing out on the Hermes bag drops.

So I took a risk and managed to score a vert fonce picotin yesterday on the online bag drop and I go into store next week to collect her.

She appears to be a rich dark green - please can people reassure me she is nice and dark in colour? I only really am keen on the deep green or khaki tones.... and I wear a lot of rich deep colours in winter like forest green, deep red, purple etc

Q: Traveling international with exotic Birkin???

Probably a dumb question but traveling to the Bahamas soon (from FL) and want to bring this baby along…assuming it’s ok as long as I also have CITES paperwork??? But is that true and are there any other considerations I’m not thinking about? Flying private but we still go through private customs upon arrival…

My very first purchase

I am so excited to share my garden party 30 in what I believe to be Bai Brun. I was so excited I honestly can't remember what color the SA mentioned. Maybe someone here can help a girl out if I am correct or not on the color.

I stopped into Heathrow Hermes terminal 3 and asked if by chance they had the neo garden party. The kind SA said they had none in stock but mentioned having a size 30 and a Herbag. I declined seeing the herbag but asked if I could see the 30. I truly was so excited when I saw the 30 and the deep chocolate brown I knew it was meant to be. I am super casual with my everyday style and love a good small bag. I actually think the 30 is a great size and I am glad I did not pass up checking it out..

On a side note when the SA needed to check me out there was a gentleman standing right in front of the register/counter area. He was so incredibly rude to the staff. She asked him kindly to step aside so she can complete my transaction and the guy basically went Karen on her. Everything from "I've been standing here and no one is helping me!" To "you just told me to leave and are being so rude, im not leaving". Way more was said but you get the idea. The SA was so kind and told him everyone was busy and once someone was free they will be happy to help him. I of course being passive aggressive walked right in front of him to complete my transaction and was being super thankful to the staff at the register area and ignoring his rant right behind me. The SA handled the whole situation so professional and I hope deep down they proceeded to tell him they had nothing in stock for whatever he was looking for..

Real doubts (Barenia, Kelly Pochette, family accounts, etc.)

Hi everyone, I'm new to the Hermès game, but not completely. I haven't received my first bag yet, despite spending a small fortune in a European store (I sometimes feel guilty, even though I'm not short of cash). I've read a lot and I already feel quite informed (and entertained) by all of this.

I have a few questions I'd like the community to help me with:

If I spend enough to guarantee the two quota bags per year, is it better to spread the spending across several categories (clothing, jewelry, home goods, etc.) or does it not matter? After persisting, I got a SO, but I don't know when it will arrive.

I love Barenia leather (especially Faubourg). My SA is trying to discourage me, and I think it's because they won't be able to get it for me. Do they make Kelly Pochette bags in Barenia (plain or Faubourg)? I'd also like to know if it's possible to special order a Kelly Pochette in Epsom?

Regarding the Kelly Pochette in light colors for everyday use: my sa says it's nearly impossible and that in seven years she's "only seen one", but I see many women (including acquaintances) managing to get them in many colors and for sure not fakes, we have talked about it, show pictures at stores etc etc.

Regarding family accounts: Does the store know that my husband and I have separate accounts? At his store, they told him they're "fully booked" and that it's difficult to get a QB this year. Is all the money spent for nothing? Is it better to combine the accounts, or is that counterproductive? How do you handle this?

That number that appears on the SA iPhone screen... is that the annual spending or the lifetime spending with Hermès?

And finally, what asiatic country is the best to get a KP with a decent presepend ? Do you recommend me to go, get it, and forget about USA or Europe? Do they have TaxFree for Americans?

Don’t send me please to the resellers, I've been noticing that they're making increasingly good quality replicas that I'm terrified of being scammed with one of them without even realizing it. I saw a really cute girl on TikTok named Nicci who's in a fight against TRR, which makes me seriously doubt these resellers.

Thanks in advance. I know most of us here aren't VIPs, but we're the ones who make the "billion-dollar business," haha. Let's see if we can all learn some wisdom!

HAC 32

Hi - does anybody have a HAC 32? Do you love it or is it too blocky looking? I’ve got my eye on one and it’s so pretty in the pictures but i feel like it’s just too tall. My general carry preference is a Birkin 30, with a 35 for work. This is taller than the 35. Help?

Dream bag! First QB

I got a cryptic text from my SA to call her. My dream bag came in! Birkin 30 in ébène Barenia Faubourg. I’m in love with her! 💕

My newest addition is the Hermès Équiper Bike Messenger.

While Hermès is best known for iconic bags like the Birkin and Kelly, the Équiper represents a different side of the house—technical, functional, and unmistakably modern.

Inspired by cycling culture, it combines lightweight performance materials with the craftsmanship that has defined Hermès for nearly two centuries. The result is a messenger bag that’s equally at home on city streets, while traveling, or as an everyday carry.
What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t scream for attention. There are no oversized logos or flashy hardware. It’s the kind of bag that those who know, know. lol. That’s so unlike me :)

It’s actually been on my dream list since I first saw it on Instagram last year (screenshot attached), and when I spotted it on display at the Tokyo Ginza boutique, I was honestly nervous to even ask if it was available for sale.

I love the outside pockets for quick access. And unlike a Kelly Messenger the bag is super easy to get stuff inside and out.

Luxury isn’t always about being noticed. Sometimes it’s about carrying something that is beautifully made, thoughtfully designed, and built to be used.
This one is definitely staying in the rotation.

And I think it gets noticed!!

Help me hunt down this clic bracelet (pink Hermes pictures)?

Hello Hermes lovers!

I saw this clic bracelet out in the wild and adored it. I snapped a photo with the owner's permission. Problem is, I haven't been able to hunt down the design! I've tried reverse image searching, and asked ChatGPT but no luck.

Does anyone know what this bracelet is called?

Hermès Oran Sandals Deemed “Beyond Repair”

I bought a pair of Oran sandals from Hermès Singapore in August 2023. The sole/base cracked, so I took them to the Dubai Mall boutique.
The store told me they would send them to Paris and that the likely outcome would be a sole replacement for around AED 500. Instead, I received an email from Hermès stating that the sandals are now considered “beyond repair” and will be returned to me.
I’m surprised because the issue seems limited to the sole, and I was fully prepared to pay for the repair.
Has anyone else had Hermès refuse to repair Orans for a sole issue? Were you able to get a second review or escalate the case successfully?

Barcelona suggestions?

After waiting for an hour outside the Hermes store in Barcelona sun during a heat wave we finally got in. We were soooo excited! I already knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was checked in on a handheld tablet and there were 4 people waiting ahead of me on the handheld tablet line to meet with an SA. There seemed to be numerous SAs who didn't seem to be helping anyone.
After waiting for another hour to meet with an SA we gave up and left. I'm extremely upset about this experience in Barcelona. I was going to make a substantial jewelry purchase and am now so turned off by the experience I won't buy Hermes in the future. We had a wonderful experience at Tiffany's and Chanel. The SA's were extremely friendly and welcoming and made purchases there instead.

Constance or Triomphe?

I think the Constance from Hermes and the Triomphe from Celine, are in terms of aesthetics, extremely similar. Which one would you pick and why?

Would love to hear your thoughts because I’ve been toying with the idea of looking at Celine Triomphe…

Images are just for fun. You could think of any size, leather, exotics, colour, finish while making your imaginary comparisons :)

Looking forward to the discussion.
