After and update at the service center, I am unable connect my Vida with the App via bluetooth. It connects via WiFi and i am able to use navigation. but features like remote seat opening are not working . Any idea on how to fix the same.

My vida vx2 plus boot is jammed and not opening, no click sound, used w40 in keylock. Any solution?

Update:

Visited service center, he pulled one side seat and opened boot, said do very easy and slow push to open and pinned seat cover. But when i tried i still cant open then again tried rotating key until open.

It was not hard that much before service (30 May), I think service center did machine sorry polish in my boot thats why it become sticky in lock.

So at home I tried removed seat cover still its hard and some time not opening.

Finally i applied coconut oil ( machine oil i don't have) on key lock, boot lock and seat U hook and its working but not smooth as before but may be work fine after some time.

U hook lubrication is very important.

Hi, sorry for the dumb question, i recently got my vx2plus, i need to know is there any way through which the mode automatically changes from eco to ride as soon as we reach 45 km/h ?

I ride my vehicle in only echo mode and after a full charge i am getting an actual range of around 70km. Though the company says it gives an true range of 100 kms in echo mode and the display also shows the same but the actual range is very less.

Is someone facing such an issue with their vehicle as well.

CAN I BUY ONLY ONE BATTERY FOR HERO VIDA VX2 PLUS(WHICH HAS TWO BATTERIES) AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD GETS OVER.

Planning to buy VIDA V2 Plus. And based on information from various posts I am assuming Vida V2 Plus range to be around 90-100km. I have daily office commute of 38-40km, so that means I will have to remove battery, bring to my flat for charging every 2days. Concerned if removing battery that frequently would be an issue or not ?. Any help/information will help me to make right decision. Thanks in advance.

Will it work ?

I am in the market for a new Scooter and called few hero showrooms in Hyderabad and 2 of them told me that V2 Pro is discontinued and VX2 Plus is now the high end model. Another Showroom person told me they could order it and it will take a Month to arrive. But I wanted to Test drive it before buying.

So, has there been any official news about V2 Pro being discontinued or are the showrooms just try to push VX2 Plus.

I tried applying for test ride through hero website but it is showing the showrooms that have already told me that they don't have V2 Pro or the one's who told me that it's discontinued.

Guys I have a strange question, recently bought VX2Plus and I charge my batteries externally by bringing them to my living room, my question is..

First I got to know that we should keep both batteries at almost same level charging to get optimal experience so how do you guys ensure that?

Second, how do you store the battery (like in a box or directly on the floor) when charging it?
