Heygears print troubleshooting

I just got my second resin printer and I've been seeing very high numbers (positive and negative) ranging from 250N to -290N on the force chart during prints. I also hear a small kind of crack noise when the build plate reaches the bottom of the vat after the first layer. This only occurs when the force is below -200N. I am worried about the sound and possibly any damage being done, but after the first initial layers it stops and the entire print goes fine with good results. This has gone for anything that I try to print, from simple small test prints to trying a full plate print. The high, +250N has been fixed but it did adhere to the FEP very hard and caused failed prints due to too much force on the pullback. With the PARP10 and PAS10 profiles this was fixed. Here are some pictures and specs of what im using :

Printer : Heygears reflex rs turbo
Resin : Sunlu ABS- like, solid grey
Temperature : 26°C, bedroom enclosure
Profile(best one so far) : PARP10 (Normal/no color)
Profiles tried : PAS10(black), PARP10 (Orange Clay), PAP10

Sharing open mode settings

I was hoping to create a thread where people could share their experiments regarding any settings that worked well for them with 3rd party resins. I know Greedy 3D had a video going into some high level settings, and I have used Sunloo ABS-like successfully with these settings (RS turbo)

1.2mm transitions

Base layers (bottom exposure): 18 seconds

Regular layer: 2.1 seconds

But I bet it could be better. Anyone else?
