-Cute Tsunade B- Tier (decent here but weaker due to not scaling as high cuteness wise as some younger characters), Hinata S+ (her cleavage matches her personality and has some of the best cuteness feats in the series. Like the bath house feat.)

-Cleavage Shape Tsunade S Tier (top of the verse strong, plenty of amazing feats to back them up) Hinata S+ Tier (Amazing feats like Tsunade's but her softer more rounded aesthetic gives her cleavage the slight advantage)

Elegance Tusnade B+ Tier (hers is regal when in the Hokages office but outside of that it makes her seem more like a "Fun Aunt" Hinata A+ Tier (She doesn't tries to hide her true cleavage power inorder to not intimate her opponents. Very classy.)
