40 Column Dot Matrix Printer for HC-77B Emulator
Final release in the HC-77B Single Board Computer project. Adds a 40 column 5x7 dot matrix printer and text editor in ROM.
Text editor loads from address $C000. Supports lines upto 256 characters long. About 3.5K available for document storage. Load/Save documents from/to cassette tape. Single line editing - move cursor along line to remove/add characters from chosen position. Insert/delete lines mid document or append to end of document. Then send output to attached dot matrix printer.
Printer outputs a realistic 5x7 dot pattern at a realistic print speed. paper scrolls up as per real printer. Scroll bar lets you see what's been printed beyond the window view. Menu option to save document as a PDF which can then be printed on your regular printer.
