Painting post wall paper

Hello all. I’d appreciate thoughts on this. I removed wall paper from a bathroom recently. The wall paper left glue behind. I’ve been scraping the glue but not sure if I went to far and have damaged the dry wall. Do I need to do anything to prep the wall before I paint it? First pic shows wall with glue, second pic is post scraping. Thanks.

Advice for outside railing chipped paint

Hello. Any advice on proper prep to fix this peeling paint job? You can see the cracked wood in photo. This is an outdoor step railing in a region w high humidity in summer, and we had a mostly dry but cold winter and spring, so the wood expands and contracts a lot. I have quality outdoor primer and paint, but worried about proper prep to have to do this job another time.

Thank you in advance.

Freaking out

So massively messed up. I obviously picked the wrong green for my kitchen. This is one coat of Behr Spring Grass Green. I was hoping for more of a sage muted green(not bright lime) what color should I paint over it to make it look more appealing? I’m open to a darker color as well. Countertops are going to be white btw

Covering Baseboards

Hey guys ! I’m painting a room for the first time, I got a lot of dark green paint on the baseboards/roof/doors because taping everything off was taking too long. I needed to repaint them anyways (white) because they are looking rough and need a refresh. so I was thinking about taking goo gone to all the spots that got green on it then repainting the white over it. Do yall think that will work? Or does anyone know of a good paint that I can just paint directly over the green to cover it ? I’d prefer to not have to prime it first as I’m trying to get this all done in a day. Any advice is welcome !
