Speedo gear alignment

1966 CT90. Replaced the front tire and for the life of me can't get the tabs on the speedometer gear to line up with the slots in the wheel bearing. One was completely bent out by the previous owner so I bent it back. Looks great but just can't get the dang thing aligned. Any tips or just keep trying?

Iridium spark plug

Found out you can get a NGK iridium DR8EIX and snug a same size nut to the bottom after removing the crush washer and it will fit in the CT90 1969-1975??? The newer 110’s 1981 and above can use it as is but it’s too long for the older ones. I added a simple nut from autozone and snugged it and it works great. Less fouling, easier starts and better performance definitely helps me as I ride my bike in the winter
