Happy 4th of July from the Re-Ignited community!

A friend of mine ar work knows I like to collect random hothweels and he came across this 1999 scorching scooter. I've searched and searched but cannot find anything with this color combo and I've never seen packaging like this before, was it a display maybe? Can anyone help please and thank you!!

WRU Re-Ignited 1.8 adds 16 new cars to the game such as: Ratified, Twin Mill III, Jack Hammer, Prototype 12, and even the Nissan Skyline GT-R R32. Exhaust additions and improvements have been made to various cars as well, like giving Twin Mill III flames coming out of the side exhausts, which were previously unused. On top of all of that, the update also adds new track colors based on various terrains, grass, sand, dirt, and snow.
