I want to make $500, either today or within the next month. Be brutally honest. No fake gurus, no "start a dropshipping empire," and no recycled YouTube advice. What's the most realistic way to do it in 2026?

Hi, I wanted to ask everyone here how to earn money online? I've have done a lot like Tiktok affiliate, selling canva templates on gumroad, raketph, kofi, Pinterest and even on etsy. Also doing paid surveys on mobrog, attapol and respondent but so far, I rarely get any surveys that fit my demographic. I have also tried applying for online jobs but so far no luck. Hello Im a university student and I need some extra money and I’d like to gain it from internet(I can’t go to a real job for some private reasons) so I’d really like to hear your advices. If my hobbies will help me to find money, I love video games(only singleplayer games) fantasy and sci fi books teas(especially chinese teas) and going to gym.

I just recently got my own place, I make around $3,500-$3900 a month, I know that’s good money and I’m not trying to seem ungrateful. My expenses every month included credit cards and car and phone plus rent is around $1400. I have a bachelors in IT and data infrastructure but I want to Make extra money to help save more so I can get rid of this feeling that I will run out of money. I don’t mind doing manual labor but I also work until around 7pm so what would you all suggest for me to do? I am open to any and all suggestions. Thank you all!!

Reddit genuinely makes me laugh sometimes. So many people on here wanting to make money, but the second something has a cost attached, it's suddenly a scam.

Free ways to make money exist, sure, but they almost always take way longer to see any real results. If you actually want to move faster, investing in something (even a small amount) is usually part of the equation. That's not a scam, that's just how most things work.

Find something that actually makes sense to you, find someone who's already doing it, and ask them how. That's it.

That's the shortcut.
