How long does it take for your financial aid rewards to be processed into your tuition? I have gotten an email saying my tuition fee is due on the 21st, but none of my financial aid has been processed into it. Is this happening to anyone else?

actively munching in the library at this very moment and library staff comes up to me and my friend saying that food is no longer allowed in the library. i have federal work study in the library and can just go to my lab office but idk what the means or how it will be enforced when the semester starts...

I am between pre health and pre nursing tracks. Idk what I wanted to do or be in the future. I am also not sure if I am continuing in the medical field in the future too. can any upperclassmen give some suggestions. I am currently under pre nursing but nursing doesn't seen that interesting to me. I also don't have a career that seems interesting to me.

Any suggestions would help thanks!

How much is the cost of attending Hunter per semester if you live in state? My charges for Hunter went from around 3600 to 4440 on the cuny portal. Online say that you pay for books and supplies out of pocket but it seems to be that they added the cost of books to the mandatory tuition and student activities fee. Should I be worried of not. I’m going to take 5 classes in the fall.

Does anybody have a math course but doesn't have a chem102 ?

I was talking to the chairman of the bio dept and he said we need to have both math and chem 102 for the prerequisites for Bio 100.

But I am missing CHEM 102:(

hi all! I am returning to Hunter to finish my BA after 9 years away. I was hoping to take only half a courseload to ease myself in, and also because I started enrolling really late and have been SUPER overwhelmed navigating the systems.

It looks like I still have to pay full tuition which doesn't make sense to me. it also wants me to have this in by Friday. Can anyone point me in the direction of how I can make it clear I'm only taking a half load this semester? Don't you pay by credit? I am so so confused!

If anyone has any anecdotal experience with this pleaseeee do share. I honestly can't take a full load this sem because I'm also working and auditing a different class! So I don't know what to do. Do I just have to pay $1000 extra dollars for no reason. Helpppp

both are suuuper cool and food culture you get to eat food its fun. You dont need to know Japanese for reimagining technology but you do for food culture. that being said, if you have the credentials and space to just have it be on your schedule we would really appreciate it! thank you

Has anyone taken the Hunter Math Placement exam? How many questions are there? I’ve been studying using the brightspace course and the practice exams on accuplacers website but I am kinda nervous to take the exam.

please feel free to use this post to vent all your frustrations on past profs (and current ones), give me all the details. rate my professor just scrapes the surface, imo.

if you could specify your year, major, the class you took with them, and suggestions for alternatives (ex: a different class if the one you took isn't mandatory, a different prof for the same subject) that would also be super appreciated!
