Tri pod/tent placement for this drink zone
I’m looking to make the main zone permanent because I have some high level deer and about 5 males in that herd (they are not solos there is female present). I can’t find a good position to place a tent and tripod. I was also wondering if placing a tent next to the all female zone would mess up that zone somehow. Please let me know if there is another open setup for this zone or if I have to dead zone it.
got these beauts within 300 kills of eachother.
What am I doing wrong?
I’m not a seasoned veteran by any means, as I’ve been playing on and off since 2019, but I’m absolutely stumped with this.
That being said, I’m setting up a fallow deer grind on Te Awaroa, and all of the guides say like mid 30s to high 40s drink zones.
I have found 19.
I’ve changed the time to an hour plus after drink time at every body of water where their zones are and I can’t find any more. I’ve searched 30 minutes after drink times and can’t find tracks. I’ve walked every body of water, crawled every body of water, and ATVd every body of water 5 times. It’s been hours and hours and hours.
What do I do now and what am I doing wrong 😢🤣
Fear of the Dark
Anyone having trouble completing this mission on Initsyu? I have created a dead zone inside the designated area but it still didn't trigger?
One of my grinds finally paid off!!!!
I posted a while ago about not being able to see through grinds which is probably due to ADHD but I stuck with the lion grind and I could not be more happy!!!
Why is it impossible to find a diamond Salty soooooo many trolls it's ridiculous
reddit.comAre we supposed to pretend the pointer dog isn't completely broken?
Because it is completely broken right now. It only works for "spot point" animals you've already seen, it won't find anything on its own.
And even if you spot an animal and point it to it, half the time it would advance a bit and then heel back to you for no reason at all.
Is there any news about when this is getting fixed, because it's been broken for nearly a month.
Does anybody know what this is?
Was hunting jaguars an found these tracks. I followed them but the led to nothing
Is this rare?
i am about level 10 im not completely new to the game but ive shot 2 piebald's this week i was under the impression that they were rare but im not so sure any more just looking to see if this is something i should be proud of or not (they are both so pretty imo)
Call of the Wild - Conclusion After 6 Months of Playing
I’ve been playing the game since the first week of January 2026. I’ve played exclusively in Hirschfelden and Layton Lake, with about 80 percent of my playtime spent in Hirschfelden. According to Steam statistics, I’ve played 650 hours. No multiplayer games.
As of today, I have 7,110 kills, including 19 diamonds. No Great Ones. I’ve uploaded photos of the diamonds. (1 Wisent is missing)
I don’t grind. In Hirschfelden, I have just 8 feeding spots that I visit regularly, where I specifically hunt red deer and fallow deer. I’ve completed all the missions in Hirschfelden. In Layton Lake, I’m well on my way. In addition to the missions, I regularly try to complete the daily and weekly tasks. I hunt regularly both during the day and at night. Of course, I take advantage of drinking and feeding times to specifically hunt certain animal species. I play daily whenever possible, and even after 6 months, I’m still highly motivated and enjoying the gaming experience. I’d be interested in seeing the statistics of players who have a comparable amount of playtime and who also don’t engage in herd management or targeted “Great One” grinding.
Capybara hunting
I saw level 5 capybara fleeing in middle of the map when doing jaguar grind but does anyone have any idea how could I find her again. Capybaras not having drink zones makes them kinda pain to hunt
this is my 4th month playing, i studied ALOT before joining this awesome game 😌
Too many lvl 4 solo fallow deer. what do I need to do about it?
I just started my great one grind and I’ve notice that I have a lots of level 4 solos, like about 2/3s or even more are like this. I don’t have and levels 5 but does this make it harder for them to spawn? I’ve killed about 80 deer without a level 5 spawning. If it is the solo zones, how do I deal with them?
