Putting 60 weight oil in Hydro-Gear EZT-2200 transaxle on Husqvarna Z248F mower.

The left hydrostatic transaxle on my Husqvarna Z248F mower has gotten weak and slips bad after it is warmed up. (It runs ok until I've been mowing around 20 minutes or more) Artificial intelligence has suggested I drain the transaxle and put 20W-60 oil in it. Do y'all think this would help or am I likely to do more damage? The exact model number for the transaxle is a Hydro-Gear ZC-DUBB-3D8C-2WPX. The mower is 11 years old and probably has about 700 hours of run time on it.

Finally bought my dream bike

Drove 4.5 hours to bring back this beauty that I’ve been dreaming about since they first came out. Under 2k miles at time of purchase.

Air filter blowing off

I’ve just rebuilt a husqvarna 55 and starting it for the first time, it will only run while using the throttle. I’m aware this is often a tuning problem and tried adjusting bow low speed and idle to have it idle which did not work.
Interestingly when I release from full throttle the air filter blows off (haven’t got the top cover on).
Any tips for what will be the problem? The fuel line grommet seems incredibly tight, and has narrowed the lumen of the fuel line significantly once it is inserted through the grommet- I suspect this is a probable cause but the gromment and fuel line are both from husqvarna and are supposed to be the right parts.

Husqvarna automower 305 issue

I can no longer use my automower, it was in the charger and stopped mowing. When i dragged it out on the lawn it says «blocked for 160 mins». I wait for the timer to go down but when i press the code again it starts all over again with the count down. Wth

Anyone had this issue and resolved it?
Thanks!

Heat impact on GPS Husqvarna 535 EPOS

Ok this mower is driving me nuts during its daytime mowing. I repeatly have to reset it as it just stops. It dawned on me a few days ago that I don’t have the issues when the mower is working it night’s schedule.

Do you think high temps impact the circuits? Has anyone experienced this?

I have two mowers and love them! The mow quality is much better than I can do with my zero turn.

372xp

I just got a 372xp made in 2010
I got it home put some fresh gas in it and started after a couple pulls it ran good. It was pretty dirty so took the top cover and pull cord housing off never touched the carb, after putting back together. I started it and it goes to hi idle so I hit the trigger to kick it out of high idle and it just stays idled up kinda confused on this it sat a long before I got any help would be awesome thanks

Husqvarna Mower Deck Welds Broke Off

Hey there folks! Need some advice here. I have a 12 year old Husqvarna riding mower that’s been pretty reliable over the years. The other day, two welds failed on the mower deck and I’m trying to decide whether I need to replace the whole deck or if I can have someone weld them back into place.

Thoughts?

Chasing monsoon skies & gravel trails in solo sunday scramble on HqSv250.

Took a detour off the highway today to find some open patches. The bike tracks beautifully on loose gravel, and the upright stance makes exploring these rural setups absolute fun.

How many of you actually take your mini-scramblers off the tarmac?

How many miles does your KTM/ Husqvarna/GasGas LC4 engine have? How many miles can this motor do before major issues?

I have a 2023 Husqvarna 701 enduro. Incredible bike on and off road. I am quite meticulous with primary maintenance - oil and filter changes every 5000 max km. Also make sure fully warm before ramping up revs (as I do for any ICE). valve checks on time etc. Mine now has 14000 km and no engine issues, some minor unrealted things but nothing preventing me riding or leaving me stranded. KTM/Husqvarna reliability has a bad reputation. Wondering if it is still justified? Who has a high mileage LC4? What problems have you had? How long until major issues? I love the bike and want to keep it a long time but have some anxiety about long term reliability so always questioning whether I should get something Japanese...

Vitpilen 401 euro 4 chamber delete

Hello! Im wondering if anyone has some good suggestions on where to get a replacement pipe for the chamber delete mod. I have the euro 4 version of the Vitpilen and I've found it harder to find as most setups after the euro 4 have a different exhaust layout. Doesn't matter if its Aliexpress etc. [EU]

Want to buy a Svartpilen 401 (2026) in the upcomings months

I really like the aesthetics and concept of this bike and want to buy it as my first bike after I get the license, I think for October or November. But I have read that Husqvarna has some stock problems as well as the model/brand may not be as reliable as others.

So, to those who already have experience with the brand or own the bike ¿Do you recommend me to go after the Svart 401, or should I better start looking at other brands? I live in Spain.

Has anyone had the yellow paint from their valve cover start stripping into their oil?

I don’t know why but for some reason husqvarna decided to paint the inside of their valve covers yellow, on my 2016 fe450 it has started stripping and getting caught in my oil screens. Should I use paint stripper to get rid of it?

I got a 2024 fe350s

when I first bought it at around 10 hours on the bike it didn’t make a knock noise but now whenever I don’t pull in the clutch it makes a tapping or knocking noise is it just the clutch on the bike because my car has a single mass that knocks like that but I’m just confused because the bike didn’t start doing it until around 40 hours on it
