Need Some Career Advice AI/ML Fresher

Hey everyone!

I'm a recent BTech AIML graduate looking for an AI/ML, GenAI or any AIML domain related internship/full-time opportunity in Hyderabad.

I've built AI agents, RAG applications, and ML projects, and recently completed an ML & Robotics internship at IIT. I'm constantly building projects and trying to improve my skills.

I've honestly been applying for months now but haven't had much luck. I'm starting to wonder if I'm doing something wrong. If anyone has feedback on my approach, knows companies that hire freshers, or can offer a referral....

Someone Please HELP!!!!

Should I accept this offer as a fresher?

I'm a final-year CSE student from a Tier-3 college and will likely receive a full-time offer from my current internship.

Offer:

  • 4 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable
  • ₹25–28k/month in hand
  • 3-year service agreement with a ₹2 lakh break clause
  • 3-month notice period

The work hasn't been great during my internship, and I've been told I won't be assigned to client projects for quite some time, so I'm worried about my learning and career growth.

This is my only offer right now.

Would you accept it in the current market, or keep looking? How big of a red flag are the bond, notice period, and lack of meaningful work?

suggest me what to do

I am not able to find an IT job, and I have everything a fresher should know. I am not being rude. I have done 100+ LeetCode problems, Java, SQL programming languages, the Spring Boot framework, and also MySQL database to integrate applications with real-time data. My only mistake was that I didn't study well in my Inter, and I got into a Tier 3 college with no placements and i have applied for atleast like 5k jobs nothing from them i dont even know wether my resume get viewed or not. I just don't know what I am doing with my life anymore. There is frequent pressure from my family. I am even ready to do a IT job for a ₹10k salary per month. What should I do? Can you people guide me through this?

Stuck in an "AI-only" dev team—How worried should I be for my next switch?

I am in service-based company, and started on this project of developing ans application from scratch. It's been more than 1 year now and no one have really done any coding in heirarchy including freshers till Tech lead. Everyone uses Claude and other models, even for analysis, requirement understanding through LLD, HLD and writing actual code.

Is it good for career switch? I mean I can still code well without these models, but it's preety fast and even gives some good approaches, so for that reason everyone in my team is using. but downside you reduce thinking over problems and and mostly rely on these models, which doesn't seems to be a good thing. All we do is review code and then again TL reviews it before pushing it to main branch. I want to understand what should I do as I am looking for switching company with 2YOE. Any suggestions?
