E20 petrol in 2013 Hyundai Verna

I have a 2013 Verna petrol variant which runs once in 6 months ~300 kms.
Is it safe to fill full tank E20 petrol and park the car for long periods?
What are the repercussions that I might face due to this?
Whats are the best practices in such situations where the car is rarely used?
