Hi, I saw some recent FTA1 code update on my 485 case. There was no action email sent though. I have been trying to ask live agent about the updates but agents are not giving any response and mentioning I should contact them next year as its still in current processing time. My receipt date is Nov 2025 and my case is with local Santa Ana office.
How to get updates from live agent, how often we can contact them.
I know patience is the key, but I have lost that key now
We filed online. My husband received his receipt number instantly but I haven’t for my i485. Is this normal?
