How to get into Quants

Here at ism i think tech companies hiring is quite good, but what are the chances or possibilities to get into Quants like graviton, quadeye etc. Also let me know about Rubrik and all. Can we have a shot. I heard except squarepoint no other quant comes on campus.

Respect isn't asked for it is earned

Why do we have to say respected SIR or MAM to the people we don't even know, they even check like everything in your intro, which letter is capital, small writing RESPECTED SENIORS is mandatory like who tf are you, I don't even know you, the interaction between seniors and juniors should be casual, the max I can do is call you bhaia or didi.

You aren't entitled to respect it comes through action, wtf is this it should be changed asap.

Hostel issuueeeeeee............

Today (21st july) we have SOP general registration of all mtech students and we are also get the mail of hostel rooms via same mail

Ques-can we use that hostel thing from today or we have to wait for physical document verification date (mine is 23rd july)

Hello respected seniors

I will be joining iit ism this year and I've been seeing a lot of posts regarding ragging and stuff happening here, so I just wanted to know if this is true and can someone please tell that if the ragging seniors are minority then how many seniors are like that like 40% or 30% and is it easy to identify the "good" ones from the "bad" ones, I'm joining one of the circuital branches so it will be helpful if you give info about that. And I will highly respect those who respect me and other juniors as respect is mutual, I don't mind sir/mam culture.
