I submitted my documents for ILC admission review. I did BBA from a Canadian College and completed my High School education back in my home country. Initially I just submitted my BBA transcripts and today I received email from ILC to submit high school transcripts. My high school transcripts from home country are in English. Can I just upload those or do I need to get those assessed via WES ?

Anyone with similar experience. Please advise. Thanks

Ive been doing really well on the assignments (like 95%) average. Lets say I for some reason bomb the final. Is that an automatic fail? or do they look at the grades as a whole?

(I dont test well so I get super nervous.)

I realize a lot of us are rushing to send in our transcripts but is running out of time. If any of you got a conditional offer form York to meet the deadline of 16 August. It’s already passed and I sent them an email telling them about the situation of booking exam slots being full. I believe if more of us let them know, they will be more likely to extend the window for us to send in our transcripts. School starts September 8 guys. I know we’re worried. Let’s keep this thread going and update each other on our conditional offer status. Mine currently says that they can not guarantee an admission even though I payed my deposit but asked me to send in my transcripts as soon as possible!

I’m honestly so cooked and I don’t know what to do. 😭 I need to submit my final grade for college, but the earliest exam date I got is August 26, which is too late and my university has already revoked my admission. I’ve requested an early exam but they said they can’t do anything. I’m trying to make one last attempt to save my admission and I genuinely can’t afford another gap year. Is there anything I can do to get an earlier exam date or make this work somehow?

I took the exam today and I need to let you guys know to not be fooled by the practice exam. Yes, the practice exam did help but only about 40%. I memorized all the answers form practice test EVERYTHING. (Multiple choice, T/F, Words definition matching/ short answers/ long answers) The practice test only covered 40% of the exam and barely helped. Just to give you guys a heads up.

has anyone requested a digital transcript recently? how long did it take? any advice or responses are appreciated ty!!!!

..if you just focus on studying one course after another and how much time do you need to spend daily?

Current ENG4U student, curious of what happened here. I’ve been enrolled for 5-6 months now and was doing great, high 80’s and low 90’s on the first 2-3 assignments, then randomly midway through the course my teacher marker changed and they’re marking really hard, giving me high 60’s and low 70’s. From my research, you get assigned one marker and they stay with you for the whole course. Any input or have I just misunderstood something?

Quick edit: this new marker has also taken significantly longer to grade assignments and has also made mistakes such as claiming I needed to submit extra stuff despite the rubrics not requiring it.

Hi! I am currently in need of a time slot for my ENG4U exam between now and the 16th of August. My University needs my marks by the 17th and the TVO ILC headquarters said they could make that happen if i can have my exam done by August 16th.

If anyone has a time slot i will do anything to use it. I am booked right now for the 26th but it won't work for my situation!!

If you have one i can switch with i would really appreciate it!

Im currently taking chem gr.12, and I just have to say shes the most unfair marker I have gotten yet. For assinments I know I would have gotten 100s shes giving failing marks. She has gotten so many complaints and yet no matter how many students complain about her unfair marking they dont seem to bat an eye. Is anyone else struggling with her? And if so what should I do

I swear I was flying through my math exam (functions) and there was still like 8 questions left that I couldn’t do. There’s technically 3 minutes to finish each question. How is that even possible when you have to type everything in

My ENG4U closes on the 31st and the soonest I can book my exam is the 27th. If anyone has exam slots right now and doesn’t need them, please i am begging you!

I'm currently working on HZT4U: Philosophy. I am so confused about the format of the Point-Evidence-Analysis (PEA) paragraphs. I emailed request help but it's been 4 days and I haven't gotten an answer. Can someone help me? I'm working on the last two assignments and I need to get good marks.

Hey everybody, I have a conditional offer but I need to have my SCH4U final test grade by August 20th. I had a slot for the 17th but unfortunately it got cancelled due to the proctor not being able to show up.

Is anybody able to give me a slot between now and August 20th?

Due to my French being terrible and my English eligibility expiring I have to resort to homeschooling, and since I'm probably moving to Ontario next year, I'm debating using tvo ilc. My questions are: Will the Quebec government accept that? If I use tvo ilc this year, can I still just normally transfer my credits to a different school in Ontario? I usually have very high grades so I'm not concerned about the difficulty of the course, but I've seen reports that the program isn't worth it, is that true? Thanks for replying

i’ve just finished all three tvo ilc courses the ones i failed in high school that stopped me from graduating i now have my completed high school transcript and tvo ilc transcript how should i go about getting my final transcript/diploma as i have a job offer but they just need my graduating diploma
