Edit: solved by the helpful team. I did a huge run that was over 55 km in the freezing cold pushing a pram full of warm clothes, drinks, food, torches etc, used up a whole battery pack, spent the night away from my wife to do this game because I loved it and a rival stole over 100km of territory. Only for it not to count.

Any idea if this can be appealed? I did everything right, I even was running in areas that I had to physically lift my pram over a fence or two.

As a pid member I really feel a bit hard done bye here. I’ve put in a huge amount of time and effort and I just don’t want my hard work to be for nothing 😭

I can’t be the only one that has issues recording mountain loops. This has failed three times in a row. App just randomly pauses for no reason. No other app has been this bad. I want it to work because the idea is cool, but it too annoying to have cool loop fail with nothing you can do about it.

I just ran/walked across (half so far) the entirety of Berlin and I stopped to go to the restroom, went back out and kept walking. Now for the last 2 kilometers it just doesn’t connect to my run anymore? It also says 30 minutes (did I start a new run??) while still showing the 40 kilometers of the run. Pls don’t tell me it’s all lost exactly half way

Where the purple meets the blue is an open storm drain and a dense neighborhood, no way through. It looks like it connected two points. How does this work? Is it a glitch or did this guy take a break and start in a new spot or something?

I did the exact same run twice and it keeps on flagging it, even though the guy before me ran much faster and I legit didn’t run that fast. I’ve given 8 hours of my life trying to cap this territory. Is there any way to fix it?

Two times the app has frozen around 1 mile in now. The first one was an 8 mile loop I did and the 2nd one was on a 5 mile loop. Trying to be competitive in my area and keep getting shafted. 😭 keeps happening almost in the exact same spot. I have plenty of reception in this area. No issues with strava or my Samsung health app tracking these runs. Something keeps happening on INTVLs side. I wish there was a way to import my run data from my samsung health app when this happens. Sad, i really enjoy the competitive side of this app and keeping me motivated to run more. Just let down when this happens when i finish my run to find out it didnt record at all.

Anyway, I somehow didn’t Start my run from my Garmin watch and didn’t notice until about 3 minutes into my run. Got done running and found out the bad news. Since my Start and Finish locations were more than 200m away, it wouldn’t automatically update. It’s been in review for over a day now.

Is this something that will eventually get reviewed? Or do I just suck it up and go for another run?

Does anyone know what is up with these unclaimed territories in cities where they should definitely be filled in? It looks like they were part of other runs next to them at one point. Could they be disputed runs removed by admins or possibly someone deleted their data?

This is not about bad gps, no gps can be this bad in that city bro
