Dual camera feature
I have been using Iqoo 13 for about 8 months. I can't seem to find the dual camera which captures front and back at the same time. Is it not supported on this?

Can someone plz tell me what might be the reason of me getting such trash scores? The phones wasn't heated also no background apps were running.
Is this good ? Anyone updated....give me feedbacks of advantages and disadvantages
I bought iqoo 13 an year ago. I forgot it in my bucket and in a swimming pool on two different occasions. Each time, it was submerged for at least 8+ hours.
The phone just brushed it off like anything. Dropped it accidentally from 1st floor. Obviously I shattered the backglass when it was in my pocket and i just broke it when my chair's leg support pressed onto it, but the phone is built like a tank. WOW. Very impressed, very happy.
This is my third Vivo phone and I am still waiting for May Security patch. I have read many complaints about the battery issues after almost every update of IQOO phones.
Here are my observations.
Vivo System app optimization : This one is totally Vivo/ IQOO fault. My previous Vivo phones (Y300 and another model number i don't remember) used to do System App optimization after every update. I used to get a notification that this optimization will take 1-2 hours and phone will heat up. If I avoided to do my phone will consume lot of more battery. After switching to IQOO i found that we are no longer prompted to do so, which means its automatic now and we see battery drain. IQOO should give notification and status of this background optimization. I noticed it first after Origin OS 6 update where for 2 days my battery drained like crazy, almost 10% an hour without using it. But after 2 days and it started working normally. Sadly there is nothing I can suggest you to fix this.
Another issue is that some of another app starts consuming more battery after an update and it's not optimized to work with it. This defers from phone to phone as My phone didn't have any issue after last April Update but my brother (on IQOO 13) started having sever battery drain which didn't auto fix. He finally had to do a factory reset to fix this.
System resolution settings : Keeping it on FHD saves ton of battery. Now If you have purchased a phone with such a good display why would you run it on a lower resolution? Unless I am travelling will be away from my charger I keep it on UHD. Those who game a lot and wants better performance and thermals keep the phone on FHD. Trust me that helps a lot.
Ultra game mode : Keep it off unless you are gaming. Don't know how its implemented in OS, but I have around 1-2 hours of SOT increase if i keep it off. I see very little improvement in BGMI when I keep it on.
Monster Mode : this really makes your phone snappy. But it provides more power to performance cores and also system animation speeds are increased so phone feels faster as well.
Any other suggestions are welcome
