I was wrong about Every Trick in the Book

I've been a fan of both silver screams for a while now, and for some dumb reason I just assumed that people who liked their earlier work were just trying to be "real fans". I've listened to Every Trick in the Book a few times now and holy crap it's good! Honestly, I think it has some of their most interesting musical moments in there, and I love it! So far my favorite songs are communion of the cursed, me myself and hyde, and the people in the attic.

Sorry for prematurely judging all you fans of this album. Now I gotta ask, is the rest of their early discography this good? I'm always looking for new songs to listen to!

Twisting The Knife Poster

Check your tracking if you ordered one of these, it was estimated to ship out at the end of the month after some delays but surprised me today. And it is a beauty. 🔪😱

I can‘t believe how lucky I am

Going to the Silver Scream-A-Thon next week with the Slasher Upgrade for the second day. My sister and only Co-Worker allowed me to „call in sick“ to see both shows because it‘s on weekdays and I live 2.5 hours away.
Next march, they are coming to germany again, with only two shows but one is on a Saturday and the train is unbelievably cheap, even with a way back in the night so I don‘t have to rent a hotel room. This will be a 6 hour drive, I‘m so glad it‘s on a Saturday. No stress about work and having to fake call in sick again.

Also: How are they on tour so often? I barely see any bands from the US live, cause the concerts are always too far away and/or on weekdays. And now I can see INK two times in the span of 9 months! I really can‘t believe it.

Just wanted to share my excitement with others who might be as obsessed as me with the band. Unfortunately I only discovered them a few months ago, so next week will be my first INK concert.

Vip pricing - Europe tour

I saw yesterday that the ticketless vip prices increased, with the slasher upgrade being 240€, on top of which there are around 25€ fees, was it this expensive during a work of art tour ? Because I couldn't get vip then, and I'm a bit disappointed that it's way too expensive to get it now 🫠 What are y'all thoughts on this ? Even the new vip entry wound is 70€ + fees for a bit of merch and early entry, which is more expensive than the ticket itself 😔

How come Dan hasn’t been apart of the writing / recording process since A Work of Art?

Just learned this piece of info and I’m surprised. And I know Ricky or Miles don’t record in studio.

Missing hoodie

So I bought this hoodie back in 2023 when I saw INK and ITM and I absolutely loved everything about it. Sadly some time over the past 3 years I lost it and I want to try and find a second hand one to buy as a replacement but I can’t even find a photo of it. This is the clearest pic I have of it

Europe tour with missing dates

One will be London I'm sure and maybe Manchester but France in between seems odd.

Thoughts on this?

Personally I think making the concert exclusive to convention goers only(excluding the general public) is fucking bullshit...

Personally I don't care about the convention or even the movies, im here to support the music. I've been seeing Ice Nine for over a decade, seen them ~25 times

I'M from New England and ever since this convention began they avoid this area like the plague outside the con...the first 2 years of the concert being exclusive to the con made sense because they were in small venues, the next 2 years being at the palladium outdoors and dcu center I thought it was smart opening it up to the general public because those are massive venues...

If they make the dcu center(a 14,000 seat area+general admission floor) exclusive to the con on what is likely to be their only New England show of this year I would Personally be annoyed as hell about it.

But im curious to know what others think(especially convention goers as I don't enjoy that portion of the event so my mindset is obviously biased towards the other side)

Silver Scream Con & disability

Soo I'm partially disabled (yay rheumatoid arthritis in my legs) so I can walk but not a lot. I'm really thinking of doing the 3 day/concert pass for SSC5. Anyone else in my boat that can give me some insight into what the con/concert will be like? How much walking is there, lines, is there seating at the concert venue or standing room only, etc.

I appreciate any and all advice for this!
