Which remix of "Miracle" by Cascada is this?

SiriusXM Utopia regularly plays "Miracle" by Cascada but a unique remix unlike any mainstream edits. Shazam told me it's the SAD Extended Mix but it's not correct.

Its most noticeable difference compared to the regular releases is the instrumental filtering down before the start of the first verse as opposed to most other versions where they pause the beat and begin the verse.

I also checked the US Radio and Club Mixes, plus all albums and EPs available on Spotify. It's none of those 😢

Edm song, male artist, likely new, lyrics being either: “heartbeat, so in love, moving like a shadow” or “heartbeat, slow in love, moving like a shadow”? (Or so I think) Included TikTok video I stumbled on where I heard the song.

I’ve Shazamed it, looked the lyrics up on google and have listened to as many song recommendations google has offered and just can’t seem to find this song anywhere?

Electroclassical(?) genreless song from unknown year, no info available other than song itself

So I uploaded this to YouTube myself after Shazam, google and others failed me. What is this song? Is it even a song? I found it in a webm from years ago I remember nothing about.

If nothing else, what would people call this sort of music? It’s unlike anything I’ve heard before and I’ve gone down some weird alternative classical and miscellaneous rabbit holes.
