M22 DOCTOR didn't prescribed minoxidil fin
The doctor didn’t prescribe minoxidil or finasteride. She said that it will take about one year for my hair to recover. Is she right?She said that I have androgenetic alopecia.
When I first noticed hair fall after my exams, I started taking Naturaltien Vitamin D3 (600 IU) + K2 (55 mcg) on my own, without a doctor’s prescription or a blood test, and my hair fall stopped.
Then suddenly, the hair fall started again and became much worse. After that, I got my blood tests done about 2 months ago. My Vitamin D level was 25, and my B12 was 450.
Then I took a 60,000 IU Vitamin D capsule, but since then, things haven’t improved. In fact, my hair fall became even worse, and even touching my hair causes it to fall out.
