M29, Min + Fin 3 months, def some improvement?

Have been on hair system for the past 2 months. The first picture was taken before my visit to my dermat and the second one is taken today(21 May).

Hair Care Routine :
Kera XL (0.5mg)- In morning
Adgain GroF (0.5mg) - In morning
Kerabounce + Keraglo AD - Shampoo alternate days after shower
Oral Minoxidil (2.5mg) - After dinner
Oral Finasteride (1mg) - After dinner
Kera-FM (0.5mg) - At night (atleast 1 hour before sleep)

I think there’s definitely some visible improvement in hair density and volume. Will give 1 more month to this system before I go for HT🙂

Give me your thoughts about it, would love to hear your recommendations and address any questions!

27M , Hair thinning

Hi, I started losing hair at 21 or 22, but I thought that was because of the destructive products I used back then. Between the ages of 23 and 27, I would still lose hair, but the density remained about the same. On some days, I would lose 20 to 21 hairs in a single day, followed by months of losing only 1 or 2 daily. I noticed that the days with 20 to 21 hair drops often occurred when I was under a lot of work or study stress, eating unhealthily, and ruining my sleep cycle. However, over the last 3 to 4 months, I have started losing hair without those triggers, and I've noticed a growing bald patch on my head. Is it redeemable?

M (27) Is there any product that will hold moisture for long period of time? This is 1.5 yearish length. Thinking about going waist length. Gonna loose them with age anyways.

M22, can it recover???

My hairfall started when I was in Kota. I wasn't aware of hairfall things and didn't take much care of my hair on those days, which resulted in my hair becoming thin and my scalp becoming visible.

So, then i visited derma and they suggested me minoxidil 5% I used for 3 weeks but no improvement was visible and I was also scared of losing my hair if I stopped using it. So i shift to natural serum like redensyl and all, still using it continuously(2-2.5months).

But you can see my hair is still thin but tbh density increases a little bit in comparison to the past but not that much.

Now I don't know what I should do to improve thickness and density!!!

M25, started using min+fin 10 days ago, started seeing some changes, what should aI do?

Hey everyone, I started taking 1mg oral finasteride 10 days ago for hair loss, and since yesterday I’ve noticed I’m not getting morning wood like I usually do.

Now I’m kind of overthinking it and wondering if this is something I should actually be worried about, or if I’m just getting anxious because it’s only been 10 days on the medication.

Has anyone experienced something similar this early on? Did it go away or improve with time? Would really appreciate honest experiences/advice.

What do I need for my hair? F24

This is my natural hair. Only shampooed. No conditioner or nothing specifically for a post on reddit.

I did try minoxidil for improving my part line and crown hair, I have thinner hair on top and somehow always falling.

A stylist once told me, that I do have good hair, I should rather use expensive but useful products and style with blow dryer atleast. And honestly, i loved it.
My hair was more manageable, looked healthy and had lesser breakage too.

I got even more motivated, and thought to try Minoxidil. Since then well…
My hair felt more frizzy and dry, and obviously had to wash hair every 2 days. And because of this, I stopped using my best expensive products and reduced blow drying to once a week. And i absolutely hated my hair.

See, everyone has limited energy in a day. After starting minoxidil, my life revolved even more around hair, styling, the dandruff, the abrupt outings, the hair wash needed.

Now I have thrown my minoxidil after frustration.

Could y’all pls suggest me some alternatives such doesn’t suck the moisture of my hair and my life?!!

[M25] Recently shaved my head, looking for hair care advice.

Hi everyone, I recently shaved my head after a family loss and since I will be growing my hair back from scratch, I thought this would be a good time to focus on improving my overall hair health.

My hair has always been a little frizzy and on the thinner side, so I am looking for a simple routine that can help keep my scalp healthy and support better hair growth over time.

Right now I am considering something natural like rosemary oil for my scalp, along with a hair serum from WishCare or Be Bodywise for the areas around my receding hairline.

Would this be a good routine or is there something better I should try?

Also please recommend some good brands for rosemary oil.
