Hey guys, I’m 28M and have been using 5% Minoxidil for 2–3 years, but I’m still struggling with hair loss.

Honestly, it’s affecting my mental health, and I’m losing my confidence. I almost always wear a cap because I feel uncomfortable about my hair.

I don’t want to get a hair transplant, so I’m confused about what to do next.

• Is Minoxidil + Finasteride worth trying, or should I consider a hair system?
• If you wear a hair system, how much does it cost, and what are the maintenance and replacement costs?
• Can anyone recommend a good clinic in Delhi or Chandigarh?
• If you are using a hairpatch, how has your experience been with it?

I’m a smoker, too, if that makes any difference.

Started min5% fin 0.1% with dutasteride is this fixable if I stay consistent what are dos and don'ts pls guide

HAIR IS WET HERE, TOWEL DRIED 24M. I’ve always had relatively thin/low-density hair, but it was stable. I’ve been on finasteride 1 mg + minoxidil (SELF PRESCRIPTION) for almost a year.

Recently I’ve developed a sudden increase in shedding, with many full-length hairs having a small white/club-shaped bulb. It feels similar to what I’ve read about telogen effluvium.

I saw two dermatologists. Both said my hair is very severely thin, but they didn't see obvious miniaturization/AGA. One suggested GFC and basic hair serums with rednesyl and all . The one suggesting GFC just saw a bit with her trichoscope and said so...

I've no blood deficiencies except a bit D3 and I eat enough protein and sleep is also decent. Recently Lost around 4–5 kg earlier this year.

Moved to a different city ~2 months ago..

I have no idea now what to do ...HELP 🤝

I do proper running and proper protein also i take all - b complex, vitamin - d , omega -3, magnesium also still hair fall, i sleep for 7 hours daily used minoxidil-10 percent long time back

Used finastrade 1 mg, erectile dysfunction happening what to do? I am pretty much scared

Based on my dermatologist’s treatment plan, I started using a topical minoxidil + finasteride solution. It has only been one month since I started. Today, I went for a follow-up, and my dermatologist asked me to stop min+fin and added this other medicine ( can anyone explain what is going on and i am kind of worried did he miss hear 1 month for 3 months or what)

Hey guys my hair have been more or less the same since the last 4-5 months. Am I balding really or is it really recoverable (none in my family is bald) without min and fin? Currently I apply rosemary oil and wash my hair with RO. I lose almost 20-30 hair everyday almost. My food has been protein rich since last 1 year and I have been also taking vitamin rich foods. Although I do have bad sleep cycle due to nature of my work. I did lose tremendous amount of density in last 3 years.

Suggestions are welcome🙏

My hair fall started in 2017, but the shedding was very mild at that time. Over the past two years, however, my hair fall has increased significantly. Recently, I consulted a doctor, and they prescribed these medicines:

I asked his about minoxidil he said will not start minoxidil because there is no much thinning

And instead of fenesteride he gave Dutasteride which is a higher version of fenesteride

I asked him about sides effects of it he said there will not be much

Can some one suggest me what to do, as I am very much scared of the side effects.

I have coloured straight hair and the most annoying combination , oily scalp but really dry ends. Most hair oils make my scalp feel even heavier and sometimes my roots literally start hurting after oiling, so I had pretty much stopped using them.

I originally found this on Amazon while looking for something for my dry ends. It said it was suitable for oily scalps too, which is mainly why I tried it. Tbh I thought it was going to be another fancy hair oil 😅

I've been using it for a little over 2 months now and

the biggest difference for me is that it doesn't make my scalp feel heavy. My roots don't hurt after oiling anymore and, strangely, my scalp also doesn't seem to get oily as quickly as it used to.

I normally get dandruff whenever the season changes and I haven't had it this time. Can't say with certainty that it's because of this, but this is the only thing I've really changed in my hair care routine.

My lengths also feel noticeably softer whenever I use it before washing. It hasn't magically fixed my dry ends , they're still coloured hair after all 😅 ,but they're much easier to manage and don't end up looking like straw. The subtle shine is also a bonus.

I am almost through with the bottle so I'll probably repurchase.

Can anyone please tell me how to use this rosemary essential oil... I have bought it but don't know how to apply it on hair....

I am facing a lot of hairfall in my crown area...

Thinking pf mixing and apply it with maha bhringraj oil🤔
