Somebody please help me recreate this blue kajal look 😭💙

If anyone knows a blue kajal/liner that is actually long-lasting and smudge-proof, please tell me! Because when blue kajal starts smudging, it looks SO bad 😭 like full-on cartoon vibes.
I need something that stays put, especially on the lower lash line. Please drop your recommendations! 🥹✨

New MUA, want clients, people I can create on

Hi everyone!

I’ve recently completed my professional makeup certification under two known makeup artists, and I’m ready to start working towards my professional journey.

I just started my Instagram page and only have 1-2 posts yet. I'm looking for clients who I can work with- at discounted minimal prices.

I create personalized glam for my clients, no heavy cakey makeup, just creating a look that works best for you. That makes you look like yourself. Based in Delhi NCR. If you’re genuinely interested in potentially booking me, I’d be happy to offer a complimentary makeup trial beforehand (T&C apply) so you can experience my work for yourself before making a decision.

Any skin tone, pigmentation, skin type, mature skin is welcome. I make my clients look like themselves on their special day. If your past experiences have made you hesitant about getting your makeup professionally done, give my trial a chance.

If you have an upcoming wedding, engagement, reception or event and are open to giving a newly certified artist an opportunity, I’d genuinely love to connect.

Please feel free to DM me if you’re interested, want to discuss a trial and its details. 🤍

Recently Certified Makeup Artist — Looking for My Foundation Clients 🤍 | Noida Based - Travels Globally

Compliementary trial Alert...

Hi everyone! 🤍

I’ve recently completed my professional makeup certification under a well-known makeup artist, and I’m now ready to take my first step towards starting my journey as a professional MUA.

I’ve spent considerable time learning, practising and thoughtfully putting together my professional kit with high-end and luxury makeup products that I genuinely trust and love working with.

I also want to be completely transparent — I don’t have a client portfolio yet. My professional Instagram is brand new as well and currently has no posts. I’m quite literally at the beginning of my professional journey, and I’m now looking for my foundation clients — the first people who’ll be a part of this journey with me. 🤍

I completely understand that considering a new artist without an existing client portfolio requires a little extra trust. So, if you’re genuinely interested in potentially booking me, I’d be happy to offer a complimentary makeup trial beforehand (T&C apply) so you can experience my work for yourself before making a decision.

And a special shoutout to my dusky and deeper skin-toned girlies - if one of your biggest fears with professional makeup is ending up ashy, grey, too light, or simply not looking like yourself, I REALLY want you to try me. 🥹🤎 if your past experiences have made you hesitant about getting your makeup professionally done, give my TRIAL a chance. I might just change your mind about it. 🤎

I’m Noida-based and available for bookings globally. Travel/venue requirements can be discussed depending on the booking.

Since I’m just beginning professionally, I’m also keeping my initial pricing flexible, and I’d be happy to mutually work something out for my foundation bookings.

If you have an upcoming wedding, engagement, reception or special event and are open to giving a newly certified artist an opportunity, I’d genuinely love to connect.

Everyone starts somewhere, and I’m hoping to find a few lovely people who might be willing to be where my professional journey begins. 🫶🏻

Please feel free to DM me if you’re genuinely interested, would like to know more about my training/kit, or want to discuss a trial and its details. 🤍

My bridal beauty haul - planned since February 2026 🛍️

Now that I have ticked almost all of the boxes, I thought I’d finally assemble my bridal beauty haul because this was not a one-time shopping spree. 😂

I shopped through a combination of offline stores and online stores, depending on where I found the better deal.

Some freebies I managed to get

• Free samples: All the small sachets/pouches shown in the first photo - Beauty of Joseon, L’Occitane and other skincare samples.
• PAC brush set: Free PAC makeup pouch.
• L’Oréal lipstick combo: Free Kay Beauty lipstick.
• Smashbox primer: Free mini of the same primer.
• Laura Mercier setting powder: Free mini of the same powder + puff.
• Charlotte Tilbury makeup: Free Magic Cream.
• MAC lipsticks + lip liner: Free Bobbi Brown eyeshadow.
• d’you skincare: Free minis + full-size Hustle.

Olaplex No. 5 is also on the way, so I still have a little shopping left. 😊

I’m enjoying doing this gradually because it gives me time to wait for offers and pick things up when I find a good price.

Would love to know - did anyone else start their bridal beauty shopping this early? 💄

Is this safe to use?

It's Renee bollywood filter primer. It's been 2 years and I've barely used it. Is it just product separation?

Need a Make Up Artist

Hey everyone!
My best friend is getting engaged this December, and we’re looking for a good, affordable MUA for her engagement event. Her budget is around ₹25k.

If you’re an MUA or know someone based in Mumbai who’s available on 31st December, please DM me or drop their Instagram profile in the comments.

Would really appreciate any recommendations! It would mean a lot. Thank you in advance!

Can I wear a Bindi as a white woman?

Im not Indian, I'm European mixed with some American, but ever since I was young I've been spiritual. I've always been interested in Hinduism and Buddhism, and resonate with a lot of their beliefs. I love Indian makeup, Indian outfits, they are all so beautiful. And I recently made a Bindi and I found it so beautiful and I understand the meaning behind it. Is it cultural appropriation, or can I wear it?

Need cheap pharmacy sunscreen recs under ₹400 🥲

I’m looking for a pharmacy sunscreen and would really appreciate some recommendations from people who have actually used them!

My requirements:

  • Budget: strictly under ₹400 — I genuinely can’t increase it right now 😭
  • 80–100g/ml preferred
  • Good actual sun protection is my main priority
  • My skin is dry, so preferably something that doesn’t leave my skin super dry/tight
  • I’ve already used Blynds and Dermatouch, so I’m not looking to repurchase either

I’m a college student and buy skincare with my own pocket money, so please suggest actually affordable options rather than telling me to increase my budget 🥲. Sunscreen is already expensive enough lol 😭

If you’ve personally used a cheap pharmacy sunscreen that you feel gives good protection, please tell me the name + your experience with it, especially if you have dry skin!

Thank youuu 🫶

Which of these 3 shades would look best on me?

I want to buy the Etude Dear Darling Water Tint, but these are literally the only 3 shades available in my area right now:

🍓 Strawberry Ade 01 🍒 Cherry Ade 02 🍅 Tomato Ade 08

I’ve attached photos of my natural lip colour too. Which one do you think would suit me best?

I know there are other shades, but these are the only ones I can get delivered within 30 minutes, and I really want to get it today, so please suggest only between these three 😭🙏

Would love opinions from people who’ve actually used these shades! 💗

Bride to be, best duty free purchases? What was your best beauty bargain?

Duty Free beauty shopping, which brands have the BEST discounts?

I am a bride-to-be and will be travelling through Delhi Duty Free soon. I want to buy some beauty products, but only if they are actually a good deal compared with prices in India/online. Which brands/products have you found to be genuinely worth buying at Duty Free?

For all my professional MUAs out there, what professional course should I do?

I am just starting out in the industry (Mumbai-based) and want to do a professional makeup course to gain skills, connections, and build my kit. The two options that seem the most viable are Daniel Bauer Academy and ABC by Kryolan. Ofc there are pros and cons to both, so I really need advice on which direction to go in.

DBA is quite pricey (approx 7L with taxes) but there is face time and learning from Daniel himself and the placements are offered throughout the course duration. The kit is also quite pricey but has a variety of brands including Danessa Myricks etc. DBA also helps you with models and photographers for the portfolio shoots. I am unsure what the placements and job opportunities would look like after the course and would love guidance from anyone who knows.

ABC is newer and has few students per batch, the cost is way lesser (approx 3-4L with taxes) with the products included in the cost. However, only Kryolan products will be offered, and models and photographers are not offered for the portfolio shoots.

I am not sure which direction to go in, because ultimately both courses offer skills and portfolio building, but I want to do a course that gives me the best possible ROI and chances to find work after the course. I did look at Namrata Soni Academy as well but they have ghosted my multiple inquiries over text and email.

Please please help me, I've quit my corporate slave job to pursue my makeup dream and I don't want to take the wrong first step!
