My first ever concert
I plan to attend Opeth’s upcoming concert in Mumbai but this is going to be my first one ever, so would appreciate some advice: I’d love to view the band up close and am therefore considering the fanpit section. Does it usually get crowded or suffocating there? Or is there an alternate section of the venue that I should consider as a first timer?
All ears to suggestions! Thank you :)
Mumbai, you better turn up!
i know its hard to sneak in flares inside lolla but i hope atleast the moshing goes really hard! 😭🤘

Blah Bla
So this 30th Aug, in Bangalore, there is an extreme metal gig at this venue called Blah Blah.
This is the same venue which was known as Indigo XP and has hosted many metal events before Covid.
After the closure of Fandom, good to see a new venue but we really need more venues in Bangalore.
Need to attend more metal gigs to create demand. May be that's the solution. What do you say??
Limp Bizkit in Lolla 27 or Bandland? 👀
Many pages have shared this today including CME and FOMO. The question remains which fest are they gonna headline?
Guess we have a Mumbai trip incoming next year lol

Would people in India (specifically Bangalore) be interested in a modern emo/rock/metal DJ club night? What do you think the challenges in starting one would be?
I have spent the last 6 years in Europe and something that's really popular in spaces here (especially in the UK) is emo nights (umbrella term for anything from Blink-182/Green Day/MCR/Foo Fighters to Bring Me The Horizon/Bad Omens/Motionless in White/Sleep Token). These nights are the only club nights I like going to over here - they're incredible for finding a community of people who like the same music I do and just exist on the dancefloor and move how you want to to the music that matters to you. I've never been to Bangkok but I know it's also a thing that happens there, so I was wondering whether it could/why it couldn't be a thing in Bangalore. I haven't been to India in years so I don't really know but there's a chance I might be atleast for a bit next year so I'd love to looking into starting one.

Asking Delhi Death Metal artist Ryan Omega what gear he uses.
Aren't there any good Rock nights in Delhi anymore? After TC, Mezz, Morrison, is Delhi completely devoid?
Genuinely curious. If you love Rock, where would you go in Delhi? There used to be such a rich and diverse offering of Rock DJ nights and live acts, like Them Clones, Orange Street, TAAQ etc. Now there's nothing. Kabir was a well-known DJ who only played rock, DJ Sid owned Morrison in South Ex in all ways possible (he's gone full commercial now), TC created its own tribe, especially those swore by its Media Nights. What happened? Where did it all disappear?
Any revivals happening?
