Should I buy the first one or second one because the only difference is the first one is the ips panel and the other one is a va panel....

THE COMPONENTS EXCEPT THE GPU are used (were bought in September 2025). I purchased them from the seller in July 2026 for (80K).

1. Bought the new GPU(NON OC) in August 2026 from one reseller. He bought it in April or something. It was sealed packed with the bill and box. (1.40K)
