Job Search Guidance
I recently moved to Germany a few months ago and have around 5 years of experience as a React Frontend Developer in India.
It has been more than two months since I started actively looking for a job in Germany. I have applied to 200+ positions so far, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any positive responses. I’m not even getting shortlisted for interviews or receiving interview calls.
I would really appreciate some guidance on how I can improve my job search. I’d like to understand whether the issue could be with my resume, the way I’m applying, my profile, or something specific to the German job market.
Any advice on how I can improve my chances of getting shortlisted and securing interviews would be greatly appreciated.
