After a year of hard work, our small French studio has finally released its first demo!

Playable Link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3979570/Factomancer

Platform: PC and Mac

Description: Hi everyone!

We’re a small indie team from France, and we just hit a big milestone: the demo for our first game, Factomancer, is finally live!

It’s a factory builder set in a world where magic and machines meet. We wanted to try something a bit different from the traditional formula:

  • The Loop: Tackle missions with evolving challenges and dynamic events.
  • Progression: Unlock new recipes and tech after each run.
  • The Setting: A 3D stylized world where magic and machinery scale together.

We just released our first public demo. Combining factory automation with roguelite elements is a bit of an experiment for us, and we’re really curious to see if this style approach to automation resonates with players!

If you like automation, roguelites, or just the pure satisfaction of optimizing production chains, please give it a look. We’d love to hear your honest feedback!

Free to Play Status:
Demo, free to play

A game about a sentient octopus escaping its evil game developer

You were created five minutes ago.
The god who made you is watching your every move.

He's called the Sky King, and he abandons every world he builds the moment something new catches his eye.

You're the first creation he's made with the power to change that. Eight arms, a grappling hook, a sword, ink.

Eight endings, genre-shifting worlds, existential dark humour.

Manage the guests, place the props, load the carts. Run your own haunted house!

Hey r/IndieGame,

I’m Japhet, the developer of Scream Operator: Haunted House Manager. A cozy-spooky pixelart management game in which you are invited to take place in the control booth of a haunted house dark ride.

You can read everything about it, and wishlist the game on it's steampage here!

A few weeks ago, IGN exclusively revealed the game's first trailer,, which you can check out here!

In this game:

  • You manage the full ride flow, from loading anxious guests to dispatching carts. You push the buttons and control it all.
  • You must drag-and-drop props, lighting, and animatronics to design scares and raise your max Scare Score.
  • You can unlock upgrades, new items and automate manual work (Expect staff, shops & snacks😏).
  • and you can enjoy a great cozy/spooky atmosphere and a original composed soundtrack + a neat little origin story involving everyone you meet on your new work.

And great news! A free public demo is planned for this Halloween season, alongside Steam Next Fest 🎃.

I'm a solo developer, so any feedback on the atmosphere or mechanics is genuinely valuable to me. Let me know what you think, and if you have any questions or suggestions, also please feel free to hit me up in the comments below!

No Generative AI was used for the art, animations, code, or assets. All pixel art and mechanics were created by me and the artists I've worked with, and the soundtrack was composed by a great musician.

Fica aqui o trailer inteiro!

We turned the DVD screensaver into a game!

What started as a GMTK 2025 jam game has now become Insert Disc, a DVD screensaver inspired roguelike. We recently released this announcement trailer!

As a 2-person indie studio, we get to add exact references that are nostalgic for our own childhood, particularly from the 2000s era such as the lava lamp and those red coin return buttons on arcade machines. Some gameplay inspirations were Nubby's Number Factory and Balatro, but many have compared us to the satisfying bouncing of Peggle as well.

Ultimately, we wanted to make a relaxing/even hypnotizing experience that captures some of that Saturday late night gaming feel, back when we had no responsibilities or bills to pay :')

Really looking forward to getting the game out, finishing the project and adding another Godot game to Steam! Just to have it get to properly work on the SteamDeck and adding a few last minute features…

I'm making a neon-lit arena shooter where shots ricochet from walls, and I just released a new trailer!

The game is a blend of Unreal Tournament, Wii Tanks and TRON, can be played in top-down view or third-person view, and it has various multiplayer modes and solo/coop campaigns. Btw I love explosions.
