The real population question

If humans have issues with street dogs, the solution is sterilization, vaccination, and responsible care—not cruelty.

But what about the problems caused by humans?

Animals suffer because of humans. Nature suffers because of humans. Even humans suffer because of other humans.

Just as we promote responsible population management for animals, we should also talk about responsible family planning for a better future—for humans, animals, and nature. ❤️🐾🌍

Safe relocation in Indore

Here's a cleaner, more natural version for a Reddit post:

Three days ago, the municipal corporation picked him up, but my friend took responsibility for him and brought him back to the colony where he grew up.

Unfortunately, many of the residents don't want him to stay there anymore. I also tried adopting him, but he's a 1.5-year-old street dog who's used to living outdoors. He gets anxious staying inside the house and constantly wants to go out. He usually leaves for an hour or two and then comes back, but this isn't a situation we can manage long-term.

We also can't send him back to his original location. We're now looking for a safe place, shelter, or someone experienced who can give him a secure home where he can live without being at risk.

Any genuine leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Portrait of a serious little lady 🥰❤️

This old photo of Jamun taken in Bangalore is one of her best portraits I have taken with a camera. Though i may have posted it earlier, I think it deserves a re-share.

Here's hoping it brings a good week and good luck to everyone!🖖🏽🥰❤️

Adopting of this lovely baby.

🐶 8-Month-Old Female Labrador Looking for a Loving Forever Home ❤️
I’m currently fostering a beautiful 8-month-old female Labrador who is looking for her forever family in Jaipur.
She was abandoned because her previous family could no longer care for her—not because of anything she did. She deserves a home where she’ll be loved, cared for, and treated like family.
I’ve been fostering her for the past couple of days, and she’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s incredibly friendly, affectionate, loves cuddles, and gets excited to be around people. Like most young Labradors, she’s playful, curious, and full of love. She’s currently in heat, so her future family should be prepared to manage her until her cycle is over.
About her:
🐾 Female Labrador
🎂 Approximately 8 months old
❤️ Friendly, gentle, affectionate, and people-oriented
🏡 Looking for a responsible, loving home in Jaipur
A few things to know:
She enjoys being around people and may feel anxious if left alone for long periods, so she’d do best with a family that can give her plenty of time, attention, and companionship.
She would thrive in a home that understands she’s still a young puppy and is willing to continue her training and socialization.
A ₹5,000 security deposit is required by the pet store/rescue to ensure she’s adopted by a committed family. Please reach out only if you’re genuinely ready for the responsibility of caring for a young dog.
If you’re interested in giving this lovely girl the forever home she deserves, please send me a DM for more details.
Even if you can’t adopt, an upvote or share could help her find the right family. ❤️🐕
Please help in finding her the right home, this baby is really precious. I can’t adopt her, I can only foster because I’ll be moving out of Jaipur soon too. Help in finding her a good family before she has to go back to pet store because I’m short term fostering coz of the needs.

Dogs are not naturally aggressive

She is so afraid of humans that I have to stand at a good distance when she eats. Her tail is always tucked in between her legs.

I don't think anyone else feeds her even once a day.

Even when nobody feeds them, they are subjected to cruelty.

Her sister was killed by a bunch of kids too. She has seen so much that we can hardly ever imagine.

Like her, street dogs face unthinkable amounts of cruelty each day.

And we humans are the only ones responsible for this.
