overall grade:2,0

You do meet the requirements and you successfully passed the aptitude test. As there are more applications for the study course Artificial Intelligence than seats an admission procedure was carried out. Unfortunately you did not get a seat in it, as applicants with higher ranking had to be considered.

Ranking by qualification (applicants from abroad, referring to grades after aptitude test):

Your average grade: 2,0

Average grade of last admitted: 1,2

Your ranking position: 235

Ranking position of last admitted: 3

In case applicants have the same grade point average the lot decides on the ranking position. If not

all admitted applicants accept the place, you will automatically take part in the move-up procedure.

In this case, the next applicants in the ranking order are admitted until the capacity is exhausted or

all applicants have been admitted.

The cost decision is based on Sect. 3 Para. 1 No. 13 lit. a of the cost act (Kostengesetz; KG)

(BayRS 2013-1-1-F).

Would be great to connect with people from the same area before moving to Germany — especially for sharing information about visa, accommodation, flights, travel plans, and settling in Ingolstadt.

ich werde im Wintersemester 2026 an der Technischen Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) im Studiengang Ingenieurwissenschaften anfangen und bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einer 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Ingolstadt.

Meine wichtigsten Kriterien sind:

* Einzug ab dem 1. September 2026

* Warmmiete maximal 600 € (inklusive Strom, Internet, Heizung und sonstiger Nebenkosten)

* Die Wohnung sollte vollständig oder teilweise möbliert sein

* Mit dem Fahrrad maximal 10 Minuten von der Technischen Hochschule Ingolstadt entfernt

* Die Wohnfläche sollte möglichst mehr als 20 m² betragen

Falls Sie eine passende Wohnung anbieten, würde ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht freuen.

My main requirements are:

* Move-in date: September 1, 2026

* Maximum warm rent: €600 per month (including electricity, internet, heating, and other additional costs)

* The apartment should be fully or partially furnished

* Maximum 10 minutes by bicycle from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt

* Preferably more than 20 m² of living space

wenn ihr vorhabt, euren Führerschein in Ingolstadt zu machen, würde ich euch empfehlen, die F&M Fahrschule zu vermeiden. Ich hänge dort leider fest und möchte euch deshalb einfach vorwarnen.

Ein Freund von mir und ich haben uns beide dort angemeldet, weil die Preise etwas günstiger waren als bei anderen Fahrschulen. Im Nachhinein war das für uns aber eher eine „Billig-Falle“.

Die Autos sind nicht so modern wie bei vielen anderen Fahrschulen. Fahrstunden werden teilweise 10 Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Termin abgesagt. Manchmal bekommt man auch sehr spontan irgendwelche Termine angeboten. Wenn man dann keine Zeit hat und absagt, bekommt man teilweise ein oder zwei Wochen lang keine neuen Termine – warum auch immer.

Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man dazu gedrängt wird, zusätzliche Fahrstunden zu nehmen. Ich hatte bisher Erfahrung mit drei verschiedenen Fahrlehrern, und während der Fahrstunden waren sie teilweise am Handy, haben nicht richtig darauf geachtet, was auf der Straße passiert, und haben einen eher runtergemacht, anstatt einem Sicherheit beim Fahren zu geben. Bei mir ist dadurch der Eindruck entstanden, dass man länger Fahrstunden nehmen soll und dadurch natürlich auch mehr bezahlt.

Für mich ist die Fahrschule insgesamt sehr unzuverlässig. Ein Wechsel zu einer anderen Fahrschule ist leider auch nicht so einfach, weil dadurch wieder hohe Anmelde- bzw. Wechselkosten entstehen können.

Mein Tipp: Bevor ihr irgendwo einen Vertrag unterschreibt, geht persönlich zur Fahrschule, redet am besten mit mehreren Fahrschülern über ihre Erfahrungen und entscheidet nicht nur nach dem Preis. Manchmal ist „günstiger“ am Ende leider teurer.

Hey y'all,

if you are planning to make a driver's license in Ingolstadt avoid F&M fahrschule. I got stuck here so, I am trying to advice you to stay away from this. Me and my friend were both registered here coz, their price is a bit low than other schools. The cars' aren't modern like other fahrschule, the appointments gets cancelled before 10 minutes of the pre-planned lessons and sometimes, they give random appointments if they are bored and if you don't take those lessons, they won't give you appointments for a week or two(ego issues probably).

They force you to take extra lessons and during the lessons (I have had experience with 3 driving teachers) they just use phones, they don't care whats' happening on the street and lower your self-esteem to make more money. Very unreliable people here, and one cannot change the driving school because the registration cost is super expensive to another school.

My 2 cents: before signing a contract, visit the school, talk to more students from there and about their experiences and don't fall for the "cheap trap".

Wo kann man die heute am besten beobachten?

anyone in ingolstadt wanna watch meteor showers after 11pm on 12th August? I really want to watch it but I dont think I am brave enough to go alone at night outside the city in a low light area. More than 3 people would be fine. Please let me know.

I'm looking for accommodation in Ingolstadt, close to THI (Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt), starting 1 october 2026.

🏠 Type of accommodation:

• A small private apartment/studio, OR
• A private room in an all-female shared flat (Frauen-WG)
• Open to either option, whichever is available first

💶 Budget:

• €350–450/month, ideally all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet)
• If bills are separate, please share the estimated Nebenkosten so I can plan accordingly

🛋️ Furnishing:

• Must be furnished — at least a bed, wardrobe, and desk
• Kitchen access with basic appliances (fridge, stove) is a plus if it's a shared flat

🚌 Location & commute:

• Ideally within walking or cycling distance of THI
• Otherwise, well connected by INVG bus lines, with commute under 30 minutes
