My reflexes cause me to sustain unnecessary injuries

Playing softball and fielded a normal ball, felt some stinging but didn’t even realize the bleeding and pain till afterwards. Just constant throbbing, bleeding hasn’t completely stopped and can’t really bend my finger.

1-10 how concerned should I be about this

just curious as to what this is, please help identify, I remember lifting something heavy with a shovel before this thing appeared, if that helps any.
