Brand new day, a brand new mosquito watercolour piece

Sorry if this is blatant trendhopping 😂

Fun little mosquito piece that I did today, wasnt expecting it to turn out this well (turned out well to my standards, I know im still amateur as heck).

Moths painting in progress

This was the first step - two small paintings of moths native to Hawaii. Oil on paper. Approximately life size. I will post the update when I make more progress on these two little paintings. #allaparsonsart

Psychedelic Bug Rug

Assuming this to be an Afghan Baluch but unsure of its age and which design elements it’s incorporating. Selvage has a mix of goat hair and wool and a wool foundation. Periwinkle pile is raised above other colors. Are these beetles throughout?

Honorary “insect” art? 🕷️🥹

I was commissioned to draw this adorable little jumping spider and I love getting to do portraits of really nontraditional pets! I know they’re not an insect, but I don’t think there’s a sub for spider art 😆 My comms are always open if y’all have pet bugs you’d like art of!

I made this for my sister

I love making creative bug pinnings 😁

Her and her husband enjoy playing pool together so I made them in bug form 😆

I made the table out of foam and felt sheets, the glasses are wire.

I made the pool cues by dipping wire in mod podge until it was thick, and the pool balls are beads I painted and glued to the table.
