Out of stock of products for about month now
I have been working at this location since its grand opening and prior to it during training. We usually don't have problems with items being in stock because atleast for us it comes in every tuesday and any gaps we have are managable. However recently we have been out of the Peanut Butter deluxe and the regular brownie for about a month now. So I'm assuming that its a supply chain issue, though my manager seemingly hasn't gotten more boxes of cookies in a while since its beginning to look pretty dry in the walk in freezer.
It's just insane to me that we can't get two staple cookies on the menu(which aren't limited time) available in person or online for customer. It's not like the mint cookie that got discontinued two months ago thats like a niche, the deluxe peanut butter and brownie sell consistently and are arguably are mos popular items besides the chocolate chip. Is this just a normal thingn for other locations to do?
