PSA: DO NOT BUY FROM Bag Avenue (JAIPUR/PUNJAB)

I ordered their "4 bags for ₹1,000" offer after seeing their Instagram page:
https://www.instagram.com/thebagavenue1

I paid ₹1,000 via GPay and was told my order would be delivered within 2–3 days.

On the expected delivery date, instead of receiving my order, I was sent a suspicious-looking invoice stating that I had to pay an additional ₹1,550 as a "temporary warehouse verification amount." I was told this amount would be refunded within five minutes after payment.

This requirement was never disclosed before I placed my order or made the initial payment.

When I called to ask what this "warehouse verification" charge was, the person I spoke to was rude and abusive, and insisted that if I didn't pay the ₹1,550, my original ₹1,000 would also be forfeited. I refused to send any additional money because I was not informed of any such charge beforehand.

He then cancelled my order, and my ₹1,000 was not refunded.

Another thing I noticed: the Instagram page appeared to indicate that the business was based in Punjab, whereas the invoice I received listed a Jaipur address. I don't know the reason for this discrepancy, but it raised further concerns for me.

The invoice I received mentioned:

Address:
Shop No. 12, First Floor, Johri Bazaar, Near Hawa Mahal, Bapu Bazaar, Jaipur – 302003

Phone Numbers:
7347299636
9464871636

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD. I'm sharing the invoice, WhatsApp number, and his instagram page details so others can make an informed decision before ordering.

Harassment and scam by the brand Aachho, anyone else face the same?

So I ordered 2 kurta sets from Aachho like 3 months ago, they have not delivered it and I asked for refund around 1 month ago, they agreed and still haven’t provided I keep getting those standard response emails that sorry for inconvenience we are looking into it but nothing happens. The owners are promoting their brand by influencers and enjoying their lavish lifestyle but refuse to refund my hard earned money.I am thinking to post a consumer complaint, what else I can do? Please suggest.

Sunday brand is a terrible brand lying about their product

Ergh so I bought a jumper and it took over 3 and a half weeks to come. Checked my tracking to realise it come straight from china. 🙄Jumped on there website and checked there reviews to see that there pretty much all fake. As they have over 1000 bullshit reviews for pretty much a brand new business. There quality don't at all meet what they are trying to advertise online and the material they doesn't match what the tag says to what they advertise . And customer service don't get back to you. I think as you pay a lot of money people should know that they are not a genuine and authentic company like they are trying to portray themselves as 🫠 they aren't looking after their customers. They're lying and their quality is shit. So please please don't get caught up wasting your money buying their product! They have a little segment in vogue talking about building built on integrity 🙄

Scam Alert: Style Jaipur (RGB International) sent a completely fake/mismatched outfit and is refusing refunds!

Do not buy from Style Jaipur (Parent Company:
RGB International Private Limited). They are running a textbook bait-and-switch scam.
I ordered a premium deep maroon/burgundy
Anarkali suit with elegant gold ethnic motifs and a heavy flared silhouette (shown in the first picture).
Instead, they delivered a cheap, low-quality, bright red/pink printed outfit with white and mustard floral patterns that looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised.
When I reached out with clear photographic evidence of the discrepancy, their customer support (order@stylejaipur.com) completely dismissed it and falsely claimed that the "exact correct product" was delivered.

Current Status:
I refuse to let them cheat me. I have formally escalated this and successfully registered an official dispute with the National Consumer Helpline (Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India) under Grievance Number: 9621298. If they do not process a reverse pickup and full refund within 24 hours, I am moving the case to the e-Daakhil consumer court portal and initiating a bank chargeback for merchant fraud.
Avoid this brand at all costs unless you want to get scammed and stonewalled by their customer service!

Anything else to be done help me guys 😭

Do not buy from Aroma360

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I was never clearly informed that what I was agreeing to involved financing or a loan. Before moving forward, I specifically asked whether this would affect my credit and was told it would not. At no point was it properly explained that I was entering into a loan agreement. Had I been given that information, I never would have agreed.
When I tried to get answers, my questions were repeatedly ignored. I asked multiple times for an explanation about the loan and for documentation, but instead of addressing my concerns, they avoided the issue altogether. The only thing they were willing to discuss was canceling my subscription or returning the device.
This felt incredibly misleading. Consumers deserve full transparency before signing anything, especially when financing is involved. Failing to clearly disclose a loan while reassuring a customer that it won’t affect their credit is unacceptable.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to carefully read every document before signing and ask for everything in writing. My experience left me feeling misled, and I would not recommend this company.

Need honest reviews: Has anyone had a bad experience with Kaisori?

Has anyone here had any issues with Kaisori?

I'm currently facing a customer service issue over a defective order and I'm curious to know if this is an isolated incident or if others have experienced something similar.

Would appreciate if you could share your experience with their products and after-sales support.

Photobook from Zoomin

Hello guys, I am planning to get a photobook for a family member’s birthday. I saw that the reviews for odd giraffe are terrible. The next best option I see is Zoomin. Have any of you tried it? How was your experience?
