Got scammed by Instagram store. Inframe: (tagthelabel)

I genuinely don’t know if I’m overreacting or if I just got completely scammed at this point 😭

So I found this dress from a store, but it was backless. Since I come from a conservative family, I specifically messaged them before placing the order asking if they could customize the back and make it modest/covered. They agreed and assured me it could be done.

I also clearly told them that I needed the dress by the 21st because it’s for my birthday. They said no problem, they’d customize it and deliver it on time.

Then the delays started.

On the 14th, I asked them if the dress was ready. They told me they’d ship it by the 16th. They didn’t.

They finally shipped it on the 19th. Literally ONE day before I needed it 😭 And on top of that, the courier company wasn’t even ready to deliver it, so I had to personally go collect it from the destination hub.

After all this stress, guess what I received?

The SAME backless dress. No customization. Nothing. And the quality is honestly so bad compared to what was shown.

Now I can’t even wear it because my parents would absolutely lose it if I wore something backless. I also can’t afford to buy another dress now because this already drained my budget. And the brand apparently has a “no refund policy.”

I’ve genuinely just been crying because it was supposed to be my birthday outfit and now I have nothing to wear 😭

Never thrifting again

Dodge this thrift shop !

So I ordered this dress from this thrift store as a gift for my friend , it was priced at 900 , I was having high expectations, but when I received it it was full of holes and stains while it was clearly stated that it was in a good condition, she had pinned up a part of the dress and the back of the dress had holes in it and a blue stain .First she offered only 100 as compe nsation, and finally gave 400 , which isn't fair .

She says she has no return policy .

I wouldn't have returned if the dress was in a good condition and it was just a sizing problem , but multiple stains and holes, while she stated it was in a good condition is a clear hypocrisy !The mistake was and is from her side . And how could she not see a pin and multiple holes in the dress is something that baffles me . And the audacity to price it at 900 is crazy .

This makes me loose faith on small brands or business , the 0 accountability they have and the audacity and attitude they have is crazy .

Never ever buy from VALANTIS. 45 days of trauma inside slide to see.

So I placed an order from Valantis after constantly seeing their Instagram ads for the Superman jogger. The delivery itself was fairly quick — I received the parcel within 5–7 days. But to my surprise, the Superman logo, which was the main reason I ordered the jogger, arrived damaged.

I contacted their customer support and, to be fair, they were quick to initiate a pickup and offered me their vest combo as an exchange. The exchange process was initiated on 14th April, and since then it has been nothing but delays, excuses, and frustration.

For almost a month, there was absolutely no shipment update. Every time I contacted support, I received the same repetitive replies: “it’s in the making process,” “will ship in 2 days,” “will ship in 3 days,” but nothing actually happened. What I genuinely don’t understand is why brands take orders for products that are apparently not even ready to ship. Why keep giving false timelines again and again instead of being transparent with customers?

After nearly 45 days of constant follow-ups and regular texting from my side, they finally offered me a refund. But even then, they deducted the shipping fees — which honestly makes no sense because the return happened only because I received a damaged product in the first place. On top of that, the parcel originally contained two products, and I kept one of them, so ideally the shipping cost should have been divided proportionally. Instead, they deducted the full shipping amount.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The stress, waiting, lack of proper communication, and endless follow-ups after already paying money is simply not worth it for a basic vest or jogger. Very poor customer support and overall customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Valantis.

P.s I ordered the Superman jogger from Valantis after seeing their Instagram ads, but the logo arrived damaged. Although their support initially responded quickly and arranged an exchange, the process turned into a frustrating experience with almost 45 days of delays, repeated false shipping promises, and poor communication. After constant follow-ups, they finally offered a refund but still deducted the full shipping fee even though the return was due to a damaged product. Overall, the customer support and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Valantis.

Gatekept.in the "GenZ scammers"

Attached proof of chats and them cancelling the order after 7 days.

I really like the marketing/collab they recently did with the elderly couple but it turned into this shit. Clowns ain't even replying. No way to contact. I've also attached the screenshots of the messages I sent to the owners (i guess). Mailed that Dev guy. No update. How do I get my money back?

I do not care about the products but I want my money back!

Rumors - pls save your money and don’t fall for this scam!

This page has been running so many ads for their pants, which look stunning when you see them.
Spoiler: DON’T FALL FOR IT!

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and after multiple follow ups that went unanswered and some which they replied to saying “you need to have patience”, they’ve now completely stopped answering.

Best part? They continue to repost stories and run these ads! All while actual orders remain unfulfilled and undelivered.

If you have been targeted by their ads, here’s your friendly reminder to not waste your money like I did.

Got scammed by a fake Shopify store order never delivered

I ordered a “CloudNest Sculptural Lounge Chair” for ₹399 from a Shopify-based store.

Order ID: MM9010235
Order date: 28 March

It has been months and the order was never delivered.

The seller has completely stopped responding after taking payment. No tracking update, no delivery, and no customer support.

This looks like one of those fake Shopify scam stores that collect payments and disappear.

Please be careful before ordering from random Instagram/Facebook ad stores with huge discounts.

If anyone knows how to report such stores or get a refund/chargeback in India, please help.

Disappointing experience with "we the hikers" store and very rude owner

First of all he is selling at high rate but I was in need so bought it and then he is coming back to me next day asking for more money than I paid. The money I paid was including shipping charges. And the audacity to say that he can buy my family
