At first, I really liked the jewelry. It looked beautiful when it arrived, so I was happy with my purchase. However, after about a month of wearing it, the jewelry started turning my skin green, and I developed a rash where I wore it. I stopped wearing it after that.
I was also disappointed with my interaction with the founder. I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Personally, I also felt the prices were quite high for what I received, especially since there are several other small businesses offering similar styles.

I ordered a shirt from Holyheaden because I liked the design shown on their website. The shirt I received had a different ornament/design.
Customer support admitted by email that it was from an updated production batch, but there was no disclosure of this change on the product page before I ordered.
They refused a refund and only offered store credit, saying it’s their policy. After I mentioned consumer rights, they said the case was escalated to management. It’s been several days with no update, while WhatsApp support has already told me a refund isn’t possible.
I have screenshots of the listing, photos of the product received, and emails acknowledging the design change.
Has anyone dealt with Holyheaden before? Should I now file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline/Consumer Commission, or wait longer?
I came across this reseller on Instagram and was interested in one of their pieces, so I simply asked whether it was a new item or a thrifted one. It was a genuine question, nothing more.
This was first our very interaction and to my surprise the response I received was quite rude and aggressive, which I honestly didn’t expect.
I shop from a lot of Instagram stores, and I’ve had wonderful experiences over the last 2-3 years with so many amazing sellers who are always polite, helpful, and respectful, regardless of what you ask.
This is the first time I’ve come across someone who responded so unprofessionally. To make it even stranger, they blocked me within a minute!!

I placed an order for custom grillz back in February and was asked to prepay a certain amount, which I did. Since then, I have received neither my product nor a refund.
It’s been months, and they don’t even open my messages or reply to my texts. The complete lack of communication and accountability is honestly shocking. If this is how they treat paying customers, I wouldn’t trust this brand with a single rupee.
Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else.
Now they're calling and messaging me, requesting that I withdraw my NCRP complaint. And I won't.
The refund came only after I filed the complaint, and judging by the number of similar experiences people have shared online, this isn't an isolated case.
If you've genuinely faced the same issue, don't hesitate to file an NCRP complaint. Companies shouldn't get away with this just because they eventually process a refund.
