should i move my banks RRSP to a WS robo-advisor, or move it into a self-directed WS RRSP?

heres a little more context. I am 27m and at the moment i recently started investing 90% into XEQT, 10% into FINN. since i was 18 i have owned an RRSP with Royal Bank but just recently found out ive been paying a high 2% mer fee for support i dont really need, i thought it would be a better idea to diversify my money a little bit by opening a wealthsimple account while having a roboadvisor RRSP but now idk if i should do that or just pick a self directed RRSP and buy more XEQT and FINN in that. anyone got recommendations?

BellRing Brands Update

I originally posted about BellRing Brands when it was at $8. I decided to buy some shares. I thought the stock was worth between $12-$13. I exited my position at $12 for 50% nominal return. The stock is currently at $13. The stock is probably not a buy at that price. However, if you think it will continue its climb I would be willing to entertain your rationale.

I wasn’t sure when the stock would move but the investor pessimism was too strong. This wasn’t a buy and hold but a nice ride.

Most people who followed $CYDY remember March 30, 2021. The FDA publicly stated that CytoDyn's claims about leronlimab were "misleading and not supported by the data", no benefit was shown in COVID-19 treatment trials. The stock dropped 25%+ that day.

What happened afterward was a class action lawsuit covering investors who held $CYDY between March 27, 2020 and March 30, 2022.

A $500,000 settlement has been reached and terms are now submitted to the court for approval.

Who qualifies?

Anyone who held $CYDY during the class period and suffered losses from the alleged misrepresentations about leronlimab's effectiveness for HIV and COVID-19.

Can I still apply?

Yes, you can submit your application now and it will be processed once claims filing officially opens after court approval.

If you were damaged by this don't forget to check your eligibility. GL!
