Missing entire August extra bag, along with 4 of 6 of my add-ons!
My August extra bag FINALLY arrived today… I’ve waited seemingly forever for it to come; now I get to wait even longer! What I received was JUST the bag with the leaflet and 2 of the 6 add-ons I’d ordered! The entirety of the actual August items and 4 of my add-ons were not in the bag! Wtf!! Anyone else have this happen?
I swear, this is the 4th month in a row I’ve had issues (I also get the original bag, which came over a week ago). So frustrating. Do better, Ipsy! I’m thinking of canceling, but no doubt they would still charge me even I cancel on time 🙄
