Haven’t read it in about 20 year but. Genuinely think it’s Welsh’s finest work.

Considering how good the novel is, it’s a right head scratcher that it’s not been picked up for a 4 or 5 part miniseries.

Personally can’t think of who I’d have playing the 4 leads and the rest of the characters but I’d be happy to hear suggestions. I know Mike Watt (Miguel from the Cuban Brothers) say he’d love to play the adult Juice Terry. He’s an Embra boy as well so would fit the bill.

But aye, just had to applaud the novel again. Cracking read.

Cheers for coming to my TED NED talk

From the US, Spain and back to Scotland with stories of snakebites, horny expats, mystery Korean dishes, sinister taxidermy and the cut-throat world of tournament table football.
