Blake Lively honors Michelle Trachtenberg and Hayden Panetierre and reminds people to be kind
Such a lovely message. These two women deserved much better. RIP to both of them.
What exactly do the people who worked with Baldoni say about him?
Now in video form for those who struggle with reading the record.
Justin Baldoni Apologizes to Blake Lively: The 2 A.M. Voice Memo Is Public
There is a claim that keeps getting repeated online that Justin Baldoni never apologized to Blake Lively.
That is simply not accurate.
In January 2025, a nearly seven minute voice memo from Justin Baldoni to Blake Lively became public. In the recording, Baldoni apologizes to Lively after their disagreement over her rewrite of the rooftop scene in It Ends With Us.
This is not someone interpreting a text message. It is not a lawyer characterizing what happened. It is not Blake Lively describing the conversation.
It is Justin Baldoni, in his own voice, apologizing directly to Blake Lively.
Among other things, Baldoni tells her that he is sorry, acknowledges that he responded poorly, says he failed, and admits that his reaction made her feel badly.
You can listen to the recording here:
Justin Baldoni’s 2 A.M. Voice Message to Blake Lively: “I’m Really Sorry”
https://www.tmz.com/2025/01/27/justin-baldoni-voice-message-apology-blake-lively/
To be precise, this does not mean Baldoni was apologizing for every allegation Blake Lively later made against him. The voice memo concerned their dispute over the rooftop scene and his response to her concerns.
But that is very different from saying Justin Baldoni never apologized to Blake Lively.
He did.
There is an audio recording of it.
So the next time you see someone asking, “Did Justin Baldoni ever apologize to Blake Lively?” or claiming “Justin Baldoni never apologized,” the answer is readily available in Justin Baldoni’s own voice.
Yes. Justin Baldoni apologized to Blake Lively. The audio is public.

Anyone else Noticing Old Accounts with Negative or Minimal Karma
Caught one talking to themselves, their excuses were pretty wild.
Remember Colleen Hoover’s post saying that she would donate the profits from the personalized copies of IEWU? She has now revealed that three charities will be sharing the $15,000 raised. 🤔
- She truly is a greedy and cheap person. Imagine being so cheap that she can only donate $5K to each charity, and those aren’t even her own money. Something doesn’t sit right with me about her taking all the credit and getting the tax write-off.
- I have no evidence, but considering she is such an untrustworthy snake, she probably kept the rest of the profit.
- Not her lying about her former foundation donating millions to charity when she was spending more money on trips than on charity.

Jenny Slate was not some inexperienced supporting actress getting her first opportunity in Hollywood. She arrived on that production with an extensive filmography and roughly two decades of professional experience.
James Vituscka Sues Daily Mail: Claims Coercion, Whistleblower Retaliation in Lively v. Wayfarer Fallout
(Originally posted by u/Jumpy-Contest7860 in withblakelively)
Vituscka alleges that *Daily Mail* executives and legal counsel improperly pressured and coerced him into executing an incomplete, misleading sworn declaration regarding his text messages about publicist Leslie Sloane. He further claims that after he raised internal ethical objections to the statement and submitted a whistleblower report, the outlet terminated his employment in unlawful retaliation.
**Causes of Action:**
**Statutory violation of state whistleblower protection laws (e.g., NY Labor Law § 740).**
Vituscka asserts that he engaged in protected whistleblower activity when he formally reported and objected to internal misconduct regarding the draft subpoena declaration. He claims his sudden termination was direct, unlawful retaliation for reporting that the outlet was pressuring a employee-witness to submit a misleading statement under penalty of perjury.
**Fraudulent inducement / Breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing.**
The filing claims *Daily Mail* management and corporate counsel coerced him into signing his initial June 2025 declaration. Vituscka alleges he was induced to sign an incomplete statement drafted primarily to shield the outlet and third-party PR contacts (such as Leslie Sloane) from broader discovery and depositions, despite his explicit warnings that the draft omitted critical context.
**Breach of contract and failure to provide independent legal counsel.**
Vituscka contends that when he was dragged into the *Lively v. Wayfarer* litigation as a third-party witness purely due to his reporting duties, the *Daily Mail* had a legal and contractual duty to protect his interests. Instead, he claims the company prioritised its corporate relationships over his defense, creating an irreconcilable conflict of interest by steering his testimony without offering him unconflicted, independent representation.
**Intentional interference with prospective economic advantage / Injurious falsehood.**
The complaint alleges that the *Daily Mail*’s public positioning and subsequent termination of Vituscka framed him as a rogue reporter acting outside journalistic norms. Vituscka claims this publicly destroyed his journalistic credibility, torpedoed his career, and caused severe financial, emotional, and reputational damages.

We can't stop talking about Justin and Johnny until we've learned our lesson.
celestemdavis.substack.comFor Two Years, We Were Told the New York Times Story About Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni Was a Lie. The Court Record Showed It Was True.
morewithmj.substack.comCall me petty (I am), but I love how Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds make Justin Baldoni's supporters look like complete morons just by being their genuine, happy, and gorgeous selves
The divorce talk has been going on for two years, yet Blake and Ryan look happier together than ever. Not to mention the gross misogyny around people calling Blake a bad mom because she isn't around her kids 24/7 and dares to take some time for herself. Why isn't anyone asking why Justin Baldoni is never seen with his kids on his solo vacations to Hawaii and Costa Rica?
