Why the insistence that Ryan is cancelled?

I see some places are harping back on this particular talking point . Insisting Ryan is in dire straits. I mean we all see the same news , can see how he seems to be thriving despute the insistence to the contrary. If this is really about Blake, why do certain people continue to target abd smear Ryan ?

From the asylum to the therapist: Justin Baldoni is continuing a long history of medicalising women’s complaints

Unsealed evidence in Lively v Wayfarer shows a clear difference between the language used by TeamLively and that used by TeamWayfarer, when it comes to how each side has framed the issues in the workplace.

TeamWayfarer appears to have made a choice to view Blake Lively’s comments and complaints through a medical lens.

Rather than address workplace discrimination, sexual harassment and power imbalances, TeamWayfarer have sought to frame the issues as Blake’s and her team’s personal issues. She’s a “narcissist”, she’s not “sound of mind”, she’s “erratic”, she’s a “monster”.

That language was enough to have women locked up in asylums not so long ago. That is not OK and it needs to be called out.

Taylor Swift Did Not Invite Blake Lively to Travis Kelce Wedding: Where They Stand After Falling Out (exclusive source)

Pretty much what has been reported already, but with some new quotes from “insider sources.”

Multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that Swift’s once-close friend Blake Lively did not receive an invitation to the pair’s nuptials.

“Blake understands why she wouldn’t be invited and that it would be a media frenzy,” an insider exclusively tells Us Weekly. “She also understands that she and Taylor don’t have the same level of friendship they once had. She isn’t upset about not being invited, but of course, she would love to be there to support her and Travis.”

The insider adds that Lively is “at peace” with how things “played out” between her and Swift, noting that the Gossip Girlalum has “put that chapter behind her.” Still, the friends are taking space from each other.

They haven’t been in touch in several months, and their last correspondence was only a few casual texts back and forth,” the insider concludes. “That is the extent of their friendship.”

“If a stunt person was killed, that’s not my responsibility”: Team Baldoni’s exercise in attempting to sway the jury is exposed.

Those following this lawsuit are aware that there has been a legal aspect to the case and a PR aspect. Sometimes, it’s been hard to separate the two.

I want to highlight on particular example of the social media manipulation surrounding the lawsuit. I have seen multiple posts and comments about Ryan Reynolds’ alleged involvement in a stunt person’s death on the set of a film he was involved with. It’s an incredibly sad situation as I’ve seen it reported and so I hope any comments here will reflect that.

I revisited Justin Baldoni’s deposition this week and I noticed that he raised an issue about a stunt person dying on set. I can’t think of a reason for him to raise that issue except that he was instructed to raise it by his team because it fed into the PR aspect.

I’ve shared the relevant page in Justin Baldoni’s deposition. Let me know if you see what I see (or not).

Lyin Bryan speaks YET AGAIN: Fox News Report = "Justin Baldoni's attorney reveals shock Friday night phone call that ended Blake Lively legal war Bryan Freedman says Blake Lively's counsel called 'out of the blue' on a Friday night requesting mediation"

Fox News Report

Quotes from article:

"The settlement that ended Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's blockbuster legal war began with an unexpected Friday night phone call".

"Justin Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, told Fox News Digital that he received an "out of the blue" call from opposing counsel requesting mediation, setting in motion the settlement that ultimately ended Baldoni and Lively's explosive feud. Freedman said the agreement allowed his clients to publicly discuss court rulings that dismissed many of the claims against them after months of intense scrutiny".

"I think when you settle a case and your client was sued for 15 claims, of which two are dismissed by the other side voluntarily, 10 of the remaining 13 are dismissed by the court — and those involve sexual harassment and defamation — I think it's really important that the clients be able to speak about that," Freedman said.

"Because otherwise, you know, they're forever branded as being accused and responsible for that," he emphasized. "And it was important that they be able to speak about the fact that in summary judgment that the court dismissed those claims against them and that they paid nothing for the remaining claims to be resolved."
