please tell me

Hi everyone,

I passed Class 12 this year with around 73% marks and I'm currently searching for a good private B. Tech college for CSE or related branches.

My situation:

No JEE or other entrance exam

Total budget around 22 lakh including hostel + mess

Looking for direct admission / management quota

City preference: open to any city if the college is worth it

I know my marks are not very high, but I'm ready to work hard in college and improve my coding skills. I mainly want a college that is genuinely decent for academics, coding culture, internships, and placements - not just marketing.

Right now I'm considering:

JUIT Solan

Manipal sikkim institute of technology

Please suggest colleges that are realistically possible for my profile, and also share honest reviews if you studied there or know someone from there.

I am in first year and want to change room I have good cg in first sem and and second sem also I will get good cg so will I be able to get single room in Shastri bhawan also that I have heard that not many single room are available how do I change my room?

Is it allowed to bring your own cpu and monitor in juit hostel

How 2nd year hostels are allotted? Which is better parmar or Sastri.

Can I get Cse core with my marks in this college?

At my marks i only have tier 3 colleges as my last option, so is this uni worth considering? What are the scene for attendance and college life ? Like is it dead ? Or happening or moderate???

Today is 9 may and still they have not let me take in the food inside the main gain. what are the things have been implemented after that , it was just for saying. whoever are responsible and represent for the student, please raise this issue

Ye nptel assignments ka criteria kitna hai?? Official website pe likha hai ki 8 minimum hai per kuch seniors ki back aa gayi thi kyuki college ka criteria is 9 minimum warna endsem mei nahi baithne dete

The matter of fact everyone knows that the food which is being served in the mess is absolute dog shit and the new Dean of student in one of it's lecture says *aap loag bhramcharya ka jeevan jee rhe ho* and further means that we should just leave mess ka khaana the way it is, bhai we literally pay for this food and you have the audacity to say "just bear with it" is so fucking horrendous, and the thing is no one fucking wants to have that **SPECIAL** chinnese dogshit on some random Tuesday dinner, I would love if the whole faculty including the outside living faculty eats/bears with mess ka khaana for a week and make no face for it then we'll enjoy not complaining anymore.

Is there any facility for the football players and are there coaches and any tournaments being organised??
