People have their own agency so it's up to them if they want to use AI to make comments I guess but it seems to be a little bit contradictory or fans of the natural world that want to preserve the natural environment.

I have noticed an unsettling trend of people using obvious AI to make tribute comments about the birds or that sandy.

But I think it's worth pointing out that whatever you think about the ethics of AI in terms of plagiarizing other people's work, if you care about the environment and the natural resources that Jackie and Shadow need to survive, using AI to write tributes to the birds or to Sandy or the Big Bear, is terrible for the environment. The amount of water used by asking AI to write 200 words in tribute is considerable. And it's not good writing either it's always so cheesy.

There's also a lot of videos that are clearly using AI to make highlight videos. You can tell because they usually have incredibly wrong and hyperbolic thumbnails that are not reflected by what you see on the video.

Terrible for the environment and frankly it's really inauthentic. I hope we continue to support the channels like raptor stories and lady hawk and the like that actually use human beings to make their content to aggregate highlights.
