According to new counciling rule of wbjee if I not register or participate in round 1, can I directly registere or participate freshly in round 2 .

How is the ug sociology department in ju, are the teachers helpful and friendly or are they very strict and rude. And how is the availablity of internship opportunities, like i really don't have any idea of how one gets an internship

I have a 96.5 in my boards including maths and I have attempted 29 questions in the entrance (although I have no idea how many would be wrong since they took away the paper). But on a general note, what do you all think of my chances?

Gave my entrance 2 days back for English Honours. It went fair to middling tbh. It took me a little time to write the essay. And was really curious about the cutoffs and how's the checking done all over??

I've noticed that JU placements have worsened a lot and the trend is continuing. JU CSE and IT used to have a median of nearly 20 LPA but in the recent years it has fallen down to 13-14 LPA. Can anyone explain why it is so?

Also will the new 6 month internship policy help improve this situation?

I would prefer if actual ju cs students answered this, what problems have you had with the department? If you could go back in time would you choose a iit or nit instead? Do you think the relevance of ju might go down in next few years due to emergence of AI?

Please help me solve this predicament.
