Photo 01 – Massive jaguar tracks were discovered in the pastures of the Bolivian plains, very close to the photographer shortly after the animal had passed through the area.
Photo 02 – A gigantic male jaguar was later seen roaming near the same location where the tracks had been recorded several days earlier.
According to reports: studies suggest that jaguars from the Llanos regions of Venezuela and Colombia average around 100 kg, and Bolivian males may reach similar impressive sizes.
Meanwhile, male jaguars from the Pantanal are known to average between 110 and 115 kg, making them some of the largest jaguars on Earth.
