Hello everyone,

I am quite concerned about my JCU application. This is because on midnight of the 29th I realised there was something quite wrong with my Rural Access Scheme document. I only provided evidence for 4 years and 9 months, which I know was a blunder. So the next morning at 9:15 I uploaded the necessary extra evidence that would complete my 5 conesecutive years living in a rural area MM2 area. However, it got added to my application portal around 3:15pm of the 30th of September. Aswell as that, I actually uploaded my inital rural evidence on the 24th, which was supposed to be a 10 years cumulative claim; however, in that case I forgot to tick the 5 or 10 year box within the RAS document, and decided to make a completely new document for 5-years consecutive. I uploaded that document on the 28th of September and everything seemed fine until I double checked everything around 11:59pm on the 29th of September. First of all the coversheet somehow got corrupted and secondly I realised that I only demonstrated my rurality for 4 years and 9 months. Moreover, my inital 24th evidence had a similar ISSUE, I only showed 9 years 9 months of evidence - although there was an evident chain of more than 5-consecutive years in a rural area in my 10 year document. By the time I pieced everything together it was already the 30th of September and I just went to bed. I woke up around 8:30am and called QTAC at 9am. They told me that I should upload my additional evidence anyways just because it might be read, but there is no gurantee that it would be read in time for the offer round.

Based on whats listed above, I am doubtful regarding my JCU rural status. If anyone could provide some knowledge or advice on this I would be very grateful. In addition, if anyone knows how QTAC assessing works could you please tell me because my inital evidence was uploaded before the JCU deadline of the 29th. AND does uploading new documents push ones application further down the batch, and how are applications are read e.g. is someone going to read all of my file at once??

Ultimately, if anyone could help I would appreciate it alot.
