I don't understand leroy 😭

I've been listening to Jane since October and I have been absolutely loving everything they have on streaming (so much so that I would even call Jane my favorite artist) but I'm just not clicking with the Leroy stuff unfortunately.

I tried listening to Dariacore 1 a few months ago and it was kinda confusing for me I vibed with it nonetheless. I tried listening to status update music yesterday and it was kinda fun I guess but I really don't know what I'm meant to be getting from it or why it would be promoted as "JR4".

Could someone please explain to me why they like Leroy/what they get out of this genre? Are there any other artists that I should try listening to first? I really wanna know what it is I'm missing and I do really want to love this music as much as the rest of you. Much love 🩷🩵🤍

soundcloud releases mp3 file download

ok saur i downloaded a bunch of jane songs (that she released on souncloud: dariacore, indie rock etc.) on my pc and got them on spotify but i didn't realize that only mp3 files work on phone so i cant even listen to them : ( and i cant cant find any mp3 file downloads for the life of me

Songs similar to Census Designated

Census Designated has been growing on me so much and I genuinely wish Jane would still be open to making stuff like CD

Does anyone have any recommendations for tracks/projects similar to CD? I was inspired by CD to make songs with a similar sound (Plaster by mara liora) but ngl i still couldn't satisfy myself and I need song inspo sooooooooo bad. I already know about mbv, Asian Glow, yeule, Deftones, but none of them hit quite the same as CD

frailty photography project

hi everyone, i do photography for fun (@flicsbyre on instagram) and im currently doing a project inspired by frailty. i was messing around with the point curve while editing one day and just kinda went with it cause it felt like what i hear when i listen to frailty. can you guys tell me what you think? my entourage doesn’t really know JR so i have no concrete measure of how good or terrible my photos are, and therefore if i should continue it or just scrap it. thanks!

status update music is also the most reviewed and highest rated leroy album. idk how long it will stay like this but thought this was cool.

Jane never said anything bad she was blaming hybe just as much as we all are.
Just like everytime KATSEYE threatens to release music
It was never about the boys themselves they have so much potential just like any hybe group.
The boys said it themselves they take a lot of inspiration from the music they listen to.
But these 12 year old twitter gooners can’t take constructive criticism they have nothing better to say but to be transphobic

saw JR at kilby

i went to kilby this past weekend and of course saw JR. it was great and was happy that i got up to almost barricade for her (which at this point idt will happen again). i’m super psyched to see her in sf next month, but will be enjoying from ga balcony cause i didn’t not win the ticket wars. but yeah love jane and here is the best photo i probably got of her, angels in camo and experimental skin were great live ;-;
