For me, Jessica Jones and Hellcat are the best vigilantes in the MCU, and I also think they’re among the best siblings in the MCU, alongside Groot and Rocket (yes, I consider them brothers).

What I love about Jessica and Trish is how complicated and messy their relationship is. I especially love how Jessica always protects Trish, even though she acts like she doesn’t care about her. Deep down, she really does love her, and I love that her actions prove it.

In Season 1, I really liked seeing Jessica constantly protect Trish. I also thought Trish was a great help when she appeared in The Defenders.

In Season 2, I loved seeing Trish become more independent and start learning to protect herself, even though she eventually killed Jessica’s mother, Alisa.

Then in Season 3, I loved seeing Trish finally become Hellcat and start protecting people herself, just like Jessica had always protected her. After Trish’s mother dies, Trish wants to kill Gregory Sallinger. Jessica stops her, but after Sallinger is transferred to prison, Trish finally gets her chance and kills him in the elevator. Jessica then takes Trish to The Raft.

I really love how their relationship develops throughout the three seasons. That’s why, for me, Jessica and Trish are the best siblings and the best vigilantes in the MCU.
