Is Hyacine S1 havers. Does this truly help as much as I hear it does? (And my own situation)
As of my current situation. JingliuE1S5Vow, SundayE2S1, HyacineE1S5HertaLC (she reaches 216 Spd btw), and Tribbie E0S4DDD.
A couple of people I’ve talked to in the past have told me it helps so much more to proc her overcap of her talents defense ignore. Is this actually true? Or is this overhyped as an essential thing for the swordmaster?
