I miss the Jocko podcasts of 1-200. What else is there?

If you’ve listened to the jocko podcast you know the earlier ones were great, the past 300 or so episodes don’t hit like they used to. I’m not posting this to bash him, so please let’s refrain from that.

I’m asking if there are any other podcasts you found that are as good or better than those first 200 or so from Jocko. I particularly enjoyed when he would read from a book vs having a guest on. In my opinion those were the best. I’ve tried a lot of other ones:

cleared hot
Change agents
combat stories
team house
wartime stories
against the odds is great
art of manliness at times is good
medal of honor
Borderland narcosis
Lewis Howe school of greatness
Tim Ferris
Order of man

And many others that aren’t listed here.

I don’t think I’ll find another one that impacts my life in the positive way those early ones did. Maybe I’m wrong? Also making it more difficult I’m not into religious stuff. I know I’m asking a lot, can’t hurt to try. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

How would Jocko react in a paranormal situation? Would the principles of leadership still apply like they normally do?

I want to test elements of Jocko's philosophy in some unconventional ways.

Let's assume for the sake of the hypothetical that ghosts are in fact real whether we believe in them or not.

If Jocko witnessed what appeared to be a paranormal event, how would he react?

Would he be spooked or afraid of it in any capacity?

Would this create some sort of exception to his usual philosophy and behavior?

I'm actually serious and would like to know. If anyone is in touch with him and can suggest this question to be covered on the actual podcast itself I would also really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Foam Noodle Fight Episode?

In one of the podcast episodes Jocko talks about how he would play a game with his kids where they'd whack each other full force with a foam Noodle and it didn't hurt but it was very loud. After going through 3 different foam swords and destroying them with my kid, i would like to try something different. Does anybody know what he was using? It was some kind of pipe insulation foam noodle or some home improvement item I cant remember

Otherwise, I'll take a recommendation for most durable foam swords please
