My provider keeps changing

Does this happen to anyone else? Is this normal? I joined in May, picked a provider from the list and she was my provider right up until last week. I got a notification that I had a new provider, then just within this last few days it’s changed two more times. Just wondering about it.

Have yall heard about Mochi new policy about the refferal credits?

Apparently it no longer applies to the medication. It only the membership now. I just got off the with customer service. They said it started July 1st. Crazy because I have $300 in credits left.

ETA : first they changed it to you only being able to use the refferal code 4 times and now this. It kinda makes me want to find a new company.

Let me tell you about my experience with mochi

Little over a year ago, I joined and my starting weight was 235. I actually started with Eli Lilly and Zepbound. After three months, I switched to mochi on the suggestion of a couple of friends. I lost 60 pounds mostly with the help of mochi and my provider. All ready to start on the maintenance dose, and I got blindsided by a diagnosis of bladder cancer, advanced bladder, cancer. I received my maintenance dose and then was told by my doctors to stop the GLP one immediately. I called mochi and asked them if I could possibly get some kind of credit after all I’ve been through with them. They said they would get back with me, but never did. I will eventually get back on a maintenance dose, but rest assured it will not be with mochi.

Frustrating experience with PA

I am super frustrated with the lack of communication since joining Mochi .

I joined because insurance cut me off for reaching a healthy BMI . I was told I just needed to have my doctor write a letter and submit a few things needed. my primary isn’t good with this and is slow . thought I would use Mochi since they do this daily , to help me with my approval. since my initial telehealth I have had nothing but issues with lack of communication. they say they have submitted information and my insurance says it isn’t true . I have to message or call them every day to try and get an answer . it seems they are not pros at this at all . I actually don’t think they know what they are doing at all. all my insurance is asking for right now is a letter of necessity, how the medication has helped me and a in person weight. nothing has been done . has anyone had this too ? I’m so close to approvAl and they just don’t seem to care

Sermorelin - Offered but not prescribed

Has anyone ordered sermorelin through mochi? Ive been on semaglutide for a year now and have read a lot about sermorelin. I was wanting to get on it to supplement the current treatment.

My provider flat out says he doesnt prescribe it despite it being advertised and suggested I look at another platform outside of Mochi. Has anyone had luck getting it ordered?

Mochi no longer works with red rock and im so sad. Recently got my new package from key compound and my package came looking like it was punched by Mohammad Ali and my medicine missing entirely 😭 i only got the syringes and the alcohol wipes, has this happened to anyone before, i messaged mochi and they said they’d get back to me but what am i supposed to do in the meantime? I might just cancel my membership if this is how it’s going to be
