Genuinely why did Sukuna get so serious with ryu but toys with everyone else even when he was about to die?

Genuinely why did Sukuna get so serious with ryu but toys with everyone else even when he was about to die?

Why did he one shot ryu but not any other heavy hitter or just speed blitz everyone during the final battle? This makes me so mad it’s not even funny.

Should there have been another arc?

Just curious here. I’m sure most of us understand the underlying circumstances behind why Gege increased the pace of the story post Shibuya, which certainly hurt the story. Now, if you were able to, would an arc after the Culling Games (say one where they explore the deeper lore of the Heian era and develop the characters more) would be plausible and if so how would you execute it?

Do you think characters know how their techniques work when they develop them?

This is a part of the world building I really wish we knew more about because how come Haruta doesn’t know what his technique is but Geto figured it out on his own? Also how did the first limitless user figure out infinity or teleportation?

In the Shinjuku arc showdown, Sukuna would win without Megumi's body against Gojo?

Without Megumi, he would combat with high RCT unlike with Megumi's body but the problem Is that he don't have Mahoraga(adaption) and Agito. If Gojo lands Infinite Void against him, Sukuna Is froze, without any help from Mahoraga and he would die instantly. But in an hand-to-hand combat, he gots the advantage thanks go his RCT, more than Gojo, but Gojo wins anyway(for me).

What character doesn’t get any slander with the sole exception of Aoi Todo, ofc?

Or just gets little to no slander for any reason.

How would Yuki have done against Meguna/Sukuna?

Let’s just say she lives against kenjaku and we see her in the shinkjuku showdown. How would that go and who wouldn’t and would die?

Alright, now who belongs in Grade 3/4-Evil?

(Last part I couldn’t decide because it was a 50/50 between junpei and mai so I added them both :p)

you can kill Gojo with a regular revolver without breaking a single canon rule. i wrote a fic about it.

found this writing a canon divergence fic. the shooter is a grade 3 student. no inherited technique, no heavenly restriction, and barely any cursed energy output. Gojo watches him load it and corrects his grip.

the method is a stack of things canon already establishes separately. nobody put the pieces together, including Gojo.

chapter 1 is the whole method executed start to finish, pre-Shibuya. and he stays dead.

guess it in the comments. I'll tell you how close you are. fic's in there too.

I think the Zenin Massacre was the first sign of JJK's writing falling off.

Overall I enjoyed the zenin massacre arc but I think it could've been so much more, it felt like this was the pivotal moment of Maki's development but its just over so quickly I dont feel that. I liked maki getting her power up and destroying everyone but I dont really feel much attachment or weight with any of the villains she's killing. Naoya is introduced a few chapters prior and hes not really developed or explored all that well imo. I get hes a representation of the zenin clans values but hes so over the top and on the nose about it, it kinda becomes cartoonish. Im not saying hes a terrible villain I just feel like he would serve better as a henchmen. I think the main villain should've been an evil bastard as well just with more aspects to their chatacter and a stronger connection to maki like her father who is the first person she kills. The other zenin clan members are literally nothing, we've never been introduced to them before so I dont really care much when they get destroyed, mai's death was fine it did kinda feel like she got shafted in the plot leading up to it however. Finally the zenin clan getting destroyed doesnt really leave any impact on jujustu society when it feels like it really should've. (also I know naoya comes back but it still doesn't solve my issues)

This is just my opinion though, id like to see if anyone else agrees or if you wanna prove me wrong.
